Terry's Tree & Landscape

Pretty nice guys and they did the job for a fair price. Liked them well enough that I've already scheduled them to take down another tree. Definitely would recommend.

They promptly returned my call, quickly provided price to removed two trees, expertly removed the trees within a week or so of being contacted. The trees removed were large and surrounded by other large trees, near a detached garage and my neighbor’s house. They expertly brought the trees down, cleaned up afterward and removed the logs. Mr. Terry (owner) immediately addressed and resolved any concerns we had.

Good rates on the services performed. Hard working fellows that made sure that tree came down with no damage to my house nor to the surrounding neighbors. Only very minor critique I have is that they didn't call to let me know they were going to show up sooner than scheduled because of a cancellation in my area, resulting in me finding out from a frantic wife and having to leave work early.

The crew was out the next day from when I booked them, professional, fast, and did not leave a mess. I am sure that old tree will drop a few more limbs and Terry's Tree Service will get the call.

I have used Paul Terry many times for tree service. He has trimmed limbs, taken trees down and I even asked if he could put up a rope swing for my grandchildren in a big oak tree. I have always had professional work performed by Paul Terry Tree Service. Our most recent tree service was the removal of tree limbs on our huge oak tree. And as always the work was done timely and professionally. Apparently Paul has recently partnered with Ron Graham. I have known Ron Graham for 20+ years. He is and has always been very professional and a hard working job individual. I strongly believe Ron and Paul have a very good future in their Tree Service Business. I totally recommend Paul & Ron for any tree & landscaping service. Thank you guys for a superb professional job. This team did an awesome job with all the work they did, not only were they able to come out the same day as the estimate but beat out 5 other companies in price. I appreciated the honesty, integrity and non-degrading atmosphere they created. I was impressed by this team's ability to cut down three very tall trees that had grown through a chain link fence. They also took care of grinding out the stumps that other companies charged extra for. Plus they cleaned up the debris from a fallen branch that took out our entire back porch. Overall I'm very happen with their work and would give them 10 out of 5 if I could. Definitely saving their number on speed dial for future tree issues!

Ron and Team were very professional, A+ service, came out to quote within 24 hours. Preformed services 3 days later. Did a thorough job cleaning up and removing all limbs and leaves.

It went great! He had to come back this morning because it go too late but I would recommend this company. The cheapest I found yet. It was well less than I thought!!

The service went very well, but it's been too long for me to remember all the details. I just remember they did a nice job and my yard looks perfect again.

Fair , had to constantly motivate them to show up or omelette work

Wanted $350 more to do job, which requested payment before completion, and did no finish lady two trees.

It was fine. They started out great. They did everything but for some reason, they had some problem at the end. It took them like a week to get the stuff out but it was fine. They did extra work and we agreed to it. I'd give them an A if they had finished when they said they would. The clean-up was fine. The work was great. They did a good job.

They were prompt and professional in meeting me the day after the order was placed. The Angie's List price of $649 was increased to $750 based on the job estimate to remove 10 lombardi popular trees. They provided an estimate for $900 to remove the trees and grind the stumps. I accepted and gave them a check for the $250 dollar difference (check was cashed on 11/2). They returned the following week to begin the job and after a weather delay (rain) they returned the weekend after that to complete the removal of the trees which was all completed satisfactorily. After they didn't return to complete the stump grinding, I reached our to them on 11/24 and the call was returned that evening and I was told they would be by in the next couple of days. A week later I made another phone call and was told again they would be by in the next few days. After contacting Angie's List to see what my options were, I called them today, 12/8 to see if they could provide a date to complete the job. I got voicemail, left a message, and have not received a response as of tonight. I had asked that they not drive on the lawn after a rain which they have done a nice job of not doing, but with the string of nice weather we have had, the job should have been completed by now.

I bought a Big Deal from Angie's List, which was a HUGE mistake. Terry contacted me quickly, and did the job quickly, efficiently, and safely. Was honest enough to charge me less than the Deal because he didn't charge that much. That is true honesty. It would have been easy to just take the big deal payment and go on. But he didn't. However, Angie's List totally screwed up EVERYTHING else... from not communicating with I'm that we had purchased a Big Deal, to telling me to pay him and they would refund the deal, and then expecting Terry to refund my money when Angie's List finally forward my payment. Which took months to get sorted out. So would I work with Terry again? YES. Will I buy another Big Deal? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are very hard workers and a great job. They took care to not damage my patio and plantings in the yard. Grinding the stump was not included in this service but a reasonable quote was given and I intend to have them do it in the near future.

Paul started out great and I'm not really sure what went wrong. I hired him to do about $3800 worth of landscaping demo which including a couple of trees. This took about 4 days. I gave him additional work that went on for another 2 month period. What ever he quoted, I agreed to. I thought his pricing was fair and I always paid him when asked. I never disputed money or costs with him. He was not exactly reliable on dates, but I was patient due to the crap weather we had over the summer and the fact that I had 5 acres of woods around my house that needed work. The issue I have is he never finished a couple of big pieces that I paid him for. I needed a very large tree canopied up, plus the remainder of ivy on the house removed (he started but never finished). I called and gave him every opportunity to finish. I am not sure why he never showed back up or why he continued to lie when I asked him when he was going to return. If he had an issue, the professional thing would have been to bring it to my attention. I would say that he is unreliable. There are good things about his services, but punctuality and reliability are not one of them. I am very irritated that the job was not finished and was PAID for.

We called for a quote and Mr. Terry came promptly to see what we needed to do. When we called to have the work done Mr. Terry and his crew came to do what we asked. They were prompt and did everything we asked at a good price. We would use this company again.

They did very well. Worked 1/2 of two days with at least 3 guys. Cleaned up neat as a pin and left firewood just like I liked. Perfect and hard working.

They got the job done and did it well. I was a bit concerned due to the placement of both the two trees next to the house, plus the very large limb that hung high above my neighbor's pool. They removed all of the trees and limbs without incident. It even started to rain, but they stuck with the job until it was finished. I had asked them to cut some of the limbs for the fireplace. They did so and stacked the logs for me. I took special note of Herman who stayed busy the entire time and did a very diligent job cleaning up after they were finished. Other than the missing trees and limbs, you could not tell that they had been there.

Terry was great. He came out just when he said he would. I had gotten a Big Deal and we talked about how it would not cover all the work I needed done, what with 5 large, mature trees all needing some work. He quoted an additional cost that was very reasonable. He and his crew came out the next day, which was fantastic. They spent the day in the bucket trimming all the trees and making them look amazing. Now they let in light but still provide shade. He seemed very knowledgable about the trees and what they had experienced and how they needed to be cared for. His crew was friendly and worked diligently. I gave them a "B" for professionalism because they didn't have uniforms or even a logo on the trucks, but for the price and the quality of the work, that is fine with me!
