Alex's Hot Tub Service, LLC

Alex and his,assistant, Brach, were excellent. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing to restart my hot tub, and thoroughly understood the make and model I had-even though it was over 20 years old! In no time they had the tub up and running. Alex was attentive to possible leaks,and problems, of which there were none. Afterwards, they went over the operation techniques of the hot tub, so that by the time they left, I was thoroughly informed and happily satisfied. I can't recommend them more highly for their service with a smile and with great customer relations!

Alex is awesome. I had a hot tub issue. I called Alex hot tub when my regular guy was out of commission, on a Saturday morning and he came out the same day and had my hit tub fixed within 30 minutes. He's very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He will be my only hot tub repairman in the future! The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Our Dynasty hot tub is 5 years old. We randomly selected Alex to come out and look @ our hot tub. We needed a new jet for our waterfall to work. He also taught us so much about our tub that we didnâ t know. We had purchased our tub new from Southern Comfort (I would not recommend them) We learned more from Alex during our repairs than we ever could have imagined. He was friendly, helpful, and so honest. He put a new fuse in the tub also. He could have charged us so much more by telling us we had other issues. Anyways, we will only use Alex for all our future hot tub needs. You definitely should call Alex!!!!!!!!!

Alex was very professional and courteous. He called when he was delayed to let us know he would be a few minutes late. He explained what had caused our problem and fixed it for a reasonable fee.

Our hot tub was not working. A different repairman told us it would cost about $2000 to fix our tub. That repairman said since our hot tub was 23 years old, we should replace it with a new one. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called "Alex's Hot Tub Service." Alex came out and determined it was the heater that was bad and fixed it for $400. Before Alex came out, we thought our old tub would be a thing of the past. Now, we will get to enjoy our hot tub for years to come. When you need someone to fix your hot tub, I strongly recommend "Alex's Hot Tub Service." You will get good and honest service.
