Tree Top Flyer

Description of Work: Came to take down a huge tree that was half dead, and grind the stump. First day, showed up an hour and 40 minutes late, after I took the day off work for this event. After 4 hours of work, they had to leave because "their truck were full". The tree had been completely trimmed down of limbs, but the entire tree was still standing. I had to clean up their mess in the yards of two of my neighbors, as it ridiculous, and left the mess in mine, as they said they were coming back the next morning to finish, and clean up. The next day came and went, without as much as a phone call from them. I spent 3 hours that day/evening after work again, cleaning up their mess in my yard. The next day, I was an hour in to cleaning up their mess when they showed up. I let them know that I wasn't happy, and the excuse I got was "it rained all day" - even though it never rained at my home until 7pm. After 3 hours, the tree was down. The saga only got worse when according to them, they were finished, leaving yet another huge mess in my yard and flat out blatantly refused to clean it up and remove the debris. An argument ensued until I finally decided that this person was not worth my time and energy - I lived up to my end of the deal - and handed over cash. He did not live up to his end of the deal - took my cash, and left me with a huge mess. I would NEVER use them again, and would NEVER recommend to anyone!!

Description of Work: Jason and his crew limbed up trees where I lived. I have also used his services to purchase firewood and snow removal.

Description of Work: Provided free estimate, then was hired to trimmed trees, cleaned up fully and was prompt, courteous and professional.
