My steering wheel would shimmy when I applied the brakes so I had done research on the internet to see what might cause the problem. The rotors needing to be turned was the most common culprit so I called Midas. They were able to get me in at a time most convenient for me. They diagnosed the problem, which was exactly the same as my research had suggested, and took care of the problem. At first they did just the front rotors, but the technician said there was still some shimmying and the back rotors probably should be turned too. They left the decision to me with no hard sell. I decided to get the back ones done too and had no problems with shimmying when braking.
As an aside, a day or two after getting the rotors turned, a caliper bolt broke off. I immediately called Midas, they had me bring the car in as soon as I could and put in a new bolt and then checked all the others. The techinician profusely apologized. There was no charge for this mishap.

I always appreciate the fact that this MIDAS (Jack Surface) doesn't try to sell or push unneeded services, seems to be rare in the car repair world. Seem to know what they are doing, they can do it and/or provide options in most cases.

Went great - they were fast, fixed the problem and the price was reasonable. Have also had oil changes done there.
