We were satisfied and would use again.

Our washer was making noise, and the dealer (HHGregg) gave us Jerry's as a repair option. The repairman came the next day, cleaned out the trap, found the object making noises, and restored the washer to its usual good condition. He charged only for the service call and did his job efficiently. I have called this company again for service and found them equally responsive and reasonable.

Overall, we were pleased with Jerry's Appliance Repair process from start to finish. We're happy to know Jerry's Appliance Repair is there to serve us. Although Jerry's is not the only local repair business which repairs Samsung refrigerators, Jerry's Appliance Repair is the only company willing to come to our home in Solsberry and do the work, aside from Sears, who now conducts repair service from non-local outsourcing. This exclusion of service includes all other appliance repair services listed on Angie's List who, when called, grumble about not being able to acquire Samsung repair parts and warn us that we will pay more for a service call..

The washer needed a replacement part that runs the spin dry cycles. The repairman called 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was courteous and a fast worker. While here he even looked at our non-functioning ice maker and gave us the bad news (at no extra charge) that it was not repairable. All in all excellent service at a reasonable price.

We found water was leaking from the GE Clothes Washer on Monday morning. I called Jerry's before 10:00 am the same morning to set up an appointment for the next day in the morning. The repair person call at approximately 9:00 am on Tuesday to let me know that I would be his next stop once he finished his current repair. He arrived at my house around 9:40 am. Within 20 minutes he had the problem figured out and fixed. (A clogged fabric softener hose). The repair person was clean (both as an individual and the work he completed), courtious, and put things back where he found them when he was done.

Freezer side of side-by-side refrigerator leaking. Scheduled them for next day. Called next morning. Came showed me what was wrong and how to avoid it. Very pleasant and reliable.

Repair man was prompt, efficient and honest.

Jerrys serviceman came at appointment time, diagnosed problem to bad circuit board,ordered part and returned next day to install. Service call was on a Thursday. At my request part was shipped overnight so we did not have to wait to following Monday to restore refrigeration. Jerrys made extra effort to install part as soon as it arrived. Great service.

Fixed dishwasher within minutes with no replacement b/c it only needed cleaning which is why it was stuck. They came out and fixed my dishwasher and also told me about a recall on the product that I was unaware of since this was a new house to me. They also performed the recall replacement.
