First of all they loned me a car while they were working on my car which I really appreciated. Next, the Mechanic Manager person was very professional, polite, and detailed in his explaination of what needed to be done. At least one part of the work was covered under the warranty and he acknowledged it and didn't charge me. They are so business like and straight forward...It's a pleasure to deal with them.

When I took my car in, they gave me a loaner to use, and I don't have to fill up the tank! They also have free, unlimited car washes! The staff is very friendly and I didn't feel any pressure when I was purchasing the car. They explained how to use the GPS, and when I had questions, the lady who sold me the car was happy to answer everything for me.
