Description of Work: THE CHEMICALS THEY PUT ON OUR LAWN DID NOT KILL ALL OF THE WEEDS. THEY CAME OUT AND DID ANOTHER APPLICATION ON THE LAWM WHICH DID NOT SEEM TO HELP.

Description of Work: I'm not sure of the date it was a few years back and I disposed of the paper work recently. I never saw any improvement and was told they needed to aerate and over seed which I paid an extra $100.00 for. The one thing I stressed was DO NOT get grass seed in my wifes flower beds or mulch which they claimed that the spreader had a devise on it that would prevent seed from getting into the flower beds and mulch. That did not happen and they got seed in the flower beds and the mulch. I was told on repeatedly that they would correct the problem and that never happened.

Description of Work: I am very unimpressed. I had a large lush beautiful lawn and then Trugreen took over and now I have some fungus, weeds, and crabgrass. What a disservice they provided. My front and back yards are inundated with crabgrass and dandelions. I paid far too much for this mediocrity. I would honestly advise no one to use this outfit if they truly care about curb appeal.

Description of Work: I have used this service 2009 and 2011. I skipped them in 2010 thinking I could do as well myself - I did not. Mostly, it's the people who make this a worthy service. The people I have been in contact with; customer service and the actual person performing the service on my yard are outstanding. It's the people that made me a loyal customer. But it doesn' t hurt that my yard looks good too!

Description of Work: I've had this company for 2 years for a couple of properties I own. I received a threatening letter stating my account was almost 30 days past due and would be referred to collections. I paid for all properties in full. I called TruGreen and told them to cancel all accounts. The woman was harsh and irritable. The following week, TruGreen is here making another application. I called and told them it was cancelled. The girl confirmed it was cancelled but didn't know how to handle the charge. Today, i received my notice that they are turning the account to collections. THANK GOODNESS!!!!! Can't wait to tell the judge the truth!!!!
