Our daughter drives a Jeep Wrangler.  It was shaking when she drove it.  The guys at Cooper said it sounded like the "death wobble".  They replaced the suspension bar.  They worked hard to get the part and the job was done in a day and a half.  The car is driving smoothly now.  We are pleased and will return to Cooper Auto for our next repair.

Perfect. Got me right in, as a walk in. told me witch oil I needed and done a quick good job, even though they were busy.

When Cooper Tires called to tell us we needed a battery. We ok'd the repair but asked if they could look it over to make sure there wasn't anything else since it didn't start twice. It is an older Honda but we have kept it in good running condition and never really had much go wrong with it. After an hour a man called back and told us that we needed a laundry list to repairs. But what we needed immediately is a timing belt and water pump. We could get the tune-up and repair a leak at another time but that may require a new engine or something less but it would be quite a few labor hours and would be costly. What this man didn't know is that we had just been in in November and they replaced the timing belt and water pump. To add insult to injury they didn't have enough time to actually look at the timing belt and water pump. I was called at 5:35 and he called back at 6:29 to tell me he had looked at all of these items. There was no way he could have found that without the engine being apart. When he was confronted by my husband the next day he said, and quot;well, there must be something wrong that it is so frayedand quot;. He totally lied and then tried to cover it up. We later found out that the gentleman who always took care of our car was no longer there and they had changed their policies. We found them to be expensive and dishonest! I would say and quot;buyer beware!and quot;.

It went fine. I can't think of a recent experience but we go there ultimately for oil changes and things. We've always been impressed with them. People have this fear of mechanics that they're going to find some things and just create things to charge you more money but for them, they find little things all the time. They would say they would just take care of it and it's no big deal. I'm sure if there is something majorly wrong obviously they would charge you but for little things they just have to take care of it and point out that they found it and fixed it for you. I keep going back there all the time.

I took my vehicle there last Friday. I feel the prices are fair and the workmanship is good. They are honest in diagnosing the problem and they fix what only needs to be fixed.

I had an appointment with Cooper Tire Geist, went in, got the tires put on and left. They gave me an estimate on another problem I have with the car so they did a good job. The people seemed pretty knowledgeable and pretty professional.

They're highly professional. The general manager and the assistant general manager were really good to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody. They're a little bit higher, but I think you're paying for quality there.
