I've gotten repairs here several times before and paid them thousands of dollars for it. They were ok, but often failed to answer calls and took a long time on repairs. I was a frequent customer and they should have treated me better than what I'm about to describe. Yesterday, my car broke down and I had it towed to Bob's. This morning, they called me and told me that the mechanics disagreed with the chalk writing on my windows, and they refused to work on it. I just need my radiator fixed, the windows have nothing to do with it. That's unprofessional. What's more, is they made me drive back down to their garage and clean my windows myself right in front of them before they would even lay a finger on it.

I have used Bob's car Care for 15 years. Bob is honest, trustworthy and punctual. His estimates are right on the money and if something does come up, he calls to inform and advise. He is the only one that I allow to work on my vehicles, I'm very picky!

We had taken the car to a shop in Mooresville three times for the check engine light problem and a and quot;jerkingand quot; when driving. This shop did repairs costing $2,000 and yet did not correct the problem. Bob's Auto Repair was recommended on Angie's List, so we took the car there. He checked the vehicle and in 1 day diagnosed the problem. The repairs took 5 days, but all was corrected on the first visit. We definitely will use him again.

He's a very honest man. He's a Christian man so he doesn't cheat people. He's just good with what he does. He does very good work. The price is good. The people who work for him are really good. I've had him for years and I've never had a problem with him. I would use him again in the future.
