Beyond expectations. The parts did not come in as they had expected (not their fault). Once in they worked quikly and professionally to complete the job in a timely manner.
There were some additional costs (minor), which we were informed of right away. Brackets that were damaged that were not seen until the door was off. we appreciated the professionalism of an advanced call, instead of a surprise upon pick-up.
My sister and her husband picked up the vehicle for us, and called to say how great it looked.
When we saw it, we were astounded. Never expected the whole car to look that good..it is old, and our work horse..my husband was thrilled to have a "new" car.
