Appliance Repair
On October 29th, I got billed for $154 to change over the appliances. They then had to come out and do more work and it was $124. I finally got so fed up that I went to their office and said "Just tell me what I owe you and I'll pay it and leave."
After Christmas I got a call from a tenant stating the stove was never even converted over. So I still don't have a working stove. I've left four messages for a guy named Rick, and he's yet to call me back. I'd give them an F minus if I could.

I did research before, so I knew what the problem was. I called to schedule service, and I told him that I knew what the problem was. He said that sometimes when you take the belt off, it breaks the pump, so he said that he charge me for that part up front. All of this he was saying in an agitated manner. He said he would not come for less than $200. What happened to customer service?

There were some serious problems with the unit but they got it up and running. The price included the parts and labor. They also do appliance repair. The service was very good. They came out, did troubleshooting and explained what the problem was and what it was going to take to get it fixed. I was happy with the service. The price was very good. He came out pretty quick and came right when he said. I would absolutely use him again.

He did a phenomenal job and I was very happy with him. He diagnosed the issue quickly, did the job quickly and he knew what he was doing. Everything seemed to going pretty good. The price was good.
