Kittle's Home Furnishings

I bought a $5000 leather sectional with 2 recliners and a reclining chase. Within the first year the reclining part of the Chase broke, and it was replaced by Kittles. It is less than 2 years after the purchase, and the 'pull-chord' on the second recliner has broken, and the color on the electric recliner is coming off. I had to buy an 'extended warranty' to cover the set....which added significant cost. It is provided by Guardsman through Kittles. The process was horrible. First I had to take pictures, then upload those, then submit them and get an application to print. After all that I had to take that application, copy the receipt (Guardsman already had it as they quoted it)....and send all that to their center. I did that with a return receipt just to protect myself. They then notified me they would fix the pull cord, but not the leather. I am more than upset. I called Kittles and they said "Well, it shouldn't have lost it's color"...but they won't do anything. Never again.

Salesperson did not have much information on the products in his store and only showed interest in me when it was clear I intended to purchase the chair. (I needed the chair quickly, which is why I went here and not elsewhere.) Salesperson did not inform me of the $89.00 delivery fee. In general, not friendly or professional. When I could not pick up the chair myself, employee on the phone was not friendly--and I was not once thanked for my business. I hope the chair itself will be satisfactory, but I will not be buying anything else from this store. Buying furniture from a store with good and professional employees--there are several such places in Indianapolis--would have been a better choice.
