MOUSER'S AUTO SVC

We were referred to Mouser's. The gentleman listened to our explnation and stated that he thought it could be tensioner pulley. He said he'd look at the truck and call us for authorization to repair. In about two hours he called and said it was the tensioner pulley and the serpentine belt. We authorized the repairs, which were to be completed that afternoon. When we picked up the truck we were shown the sepentine belt, which had been replaced only a few months prior; the belt was still new looking overall, but was badly frayed in some areas, justifying its replacement.
The fact that this shop was able to look at our truck, analyze the problem and get it repaired all in the same day was important to us. We felt the labor cost was reasonable, as were the replacement costs. We will definitely take the truck back to Mouser's for any future mechanial repairs.
