Last year I bought a used BMW M3 convertible and needed a good mechanic shop that knows this type of vehicle. I wanted someone who specialized in BMW's. After speaking with a good friend, he recommended me to Mike Johns. I called on a Wednesday and they set me up an appointment on Tuesday morning. As I was driving up to the place for the first time I was please to see many BMW's on the lot, I had a good feeling this shop knows their BMW's :) As I walked in the staff was very courteous and wrote down everything I asked them to look at in detail. In this case, I had two motor mounts replaced, anti-rattle clips installed on the passenger side (previous own had pep-boys do the brake job, and was done improperly), and all the wheel lugs properly torqued. They called me on Tuesday to let me know it would be tomorrow before they could get the parts. The next day a little after lunch they called to let me know my car was done. When I arrived they had it waiting out front for me. I went to the office to pay the bill and was pleasantly surprised it was less then they originally quoted me. As I left the building and was about to get in my car I noticed it was locked, Wow, can't tell you how many times I've had car shops work on my vehicle only to find my doors left unlocked when I went to pick it up. In summary, I thought they did great work at a very good price. I left there with a warm fuzzy feeling :) I've found my exclusive BMW mechanice for my car :)
