He found a cog in the a-coil. He fixed it, and tapped off the coolant. It has not leaked since then. He did a really good job, and it was affordable. He was very informative, and what he did was amazing. He even came out on a holiday, and did not charge extra.

It turned out to be good. I had another guy come out from another company and he was $450. It was the same job. He has done a very price-effective job. I've used them a dozen times. I've had them for six months.

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible customer service! Belligerent, sketchy, and untimely. Stay away.

"THE MEMBER IS CORRECT IN THAT WE DID PRICE HIS JOB AND TELL HIM THAT WE OFFERED FINANCING. HOWEVER, HE FORGOT TO MENTION THAT WE NEVER TOLD HIM THAT THE EQUIPMENT WE AGREED ON WAS ONE THAT WE AT THE TIME OFFERED FINANCING. WE WERE WAITING FOR THAT TO GO THROUGH WITH THAT MANUFACTURER AND STILL ARE, WHICH IS INFORMATION THAT WAS SHARED WITH THIS MEMBER. WE, DID APOLOGIZE WHEN HE CONTACTED US ON THE DAY THAT WE WERE TO START WORK FOR THE FINANCING MIS-HAP AND EVEN AGREED TO GO AHEAD AT START WORK AT WHICH POINT HE BECAME HOSTILE. WE THEN TOLD HIM THAT AS SOON AS WE HEARD SOMETHING WE WOULD LET HIM KNOW, THAT WAS ON A WEDNESDAY. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY HE CALLED US AND BECAME VERY DEMANDING AND OFFENSIVE WHICH WAS MET WITH A MOMENT OF UNPROFESSIONALISM, ANGER, AND HUMAN EMOTIONS. FROM THE VERY START OF MY DEALINGS WITH THIS MEMBER I HAVE FELT THAT IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TO HAVE DEALT WITH HIM AND AM GLAD THAT HE DOES NOT WANT ME DOING ANY WORK FOR HIM. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I WISH IT HAD NEVER HAPPENED BUT I'M HUMAN TOO AND CAN ONLY TAKE SO MUCH BADGERING BEFORE I RETURN THE SAME CONDUCT."

Installation was sloppy overall. The return air duct was improperly designed and installed (greatly excessive air leakage) allowing carbon monoxide from the garage to infiltrate into the house. The exterior air conditioning unit is the sloppiest application I have ever seen in my life. Service calls to fix the problem led to minimum effort which did not correct the problem. We had the county health dept inspect the installation and measure the CO. They advised us that unacceptable levels of noxious gas were getting in our home and to get on Angie's List and hire a third party to repair the problem. Not to hire the person who installed this mess.

"I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEM THAT WAS PRESENT. THE MEMBER REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO DO SO, AND THEREFORE, I FEEL THAT I HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND MY RESPONSIBLITIES. THE FACT THAT THE JOB PASSED COUNTY INSPECTION OVER 2 YEARS AGO ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT I TOLD THE MEMBER MY COMPANY WOULD FIX ANYTHING THEY WEREN'T HAPPY WITH AT NO COST TO THEM LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT I CAN NO LONGER ALLOW THIS TO GO UNANSWERED."

I CALLED BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM INITIALLY. THEY DID SOME WORK TO CORRECT DAMAGE, BUT THEN BECAME EITHER UNRESPONSIVE, OR THEY WOULD MAKE APPOINTMENTS THAT THEY WOULDNT KEEP
