West Shore Home Indianapolis

I signed a contract in May. All the bath windows installed in July. The bathroom window installed in October. Screens were not installed, stickers in windows due to failed inspection. Now they are telling me that we were going to come back on Monday. No one can tell us when the screens will be installed. The worst experience.

West Shore Homes did a bathtub to shower conversion in my home. Was very skeptical when two gals showed up for a major plumbing project. Skepticism didn't last long as these gals did the tear out, re-plum, and install VERY PROFESSIONALLY !!! Very pleased how this project turned out. APRIL and LEANNA deserve 5 STARS !! Supposedly the gals get a $20 bonus for a 5 star rating ??? THAT SUCKS !! They deserve much more that for all their hard work.. Their sales philosophy is NOT very good. I felt like I was buying a car - Car Salesman BS !!! This almost killed the deal but the salesman - Wilson Clark - was sincere, honest and NOT pushy.. Let me be very clear - this IS NOT a negative for Wilson, he was just doing what he was taught !! If you have a quality product, Car Sales BS is not needed !! Now for the NEGATIVE which prohibits 5 stars. There's just NO reason to NOT put a trim strip on the top side of the shower ???? This is NOT a negative for the Installer's - they can only install what they are given. Without a top side trim strip, the job looks UNFINISHED (See Attached Photos) !! For the price paid, this is PITIFUL !!! Was the job worth the price paid ???? Comparing it to other quotes, West Shore had the highest price. Looking at the total picture - 1 to 2 day install, a total re-do of existing plumbing using quality brass parts, the fact that this was a "specialization" of the company, and the Lifetime Warranty which adds value - I'd say, with exception of the "unfinished look", it was a good investment !! Andre, Alex and Ricky were professionals. They worked very hard to complete the job. I appreciated their diligence in there work. The outcome was superb due to their diligence. Courteous and helpful were experienced.

The installers, Phernell and Ben, were very professional. Neat and clean. Floors were covered with tarps and everything left clean and neat. The install exceeded our expectations.

If your thinking about a walk in tub don't wait.I absolutely love love my walking tub. Shane Larry and Ricky were very professional, courteous and neat.

From the consultation to the installation we have been very pleased with West Shore Homes. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our old cast iron tub and old bathroom tile walls and install a new tub and bath wrap. Jenny and Shane arrived on time for the install and were friendly, courteous and professional. They did a great job, kept everything clean and worked hard. We are very happy with the outcome.

Bathroom Renovation: Jason, Dan, Andre, Tyler, Lee, and Travis B. did an excellent job in a timely manner. They had to remove and replace a leaking ceramic-tile shower enclosure and a really ugly 1970's brown cast-iron spa tub. The new fixtures are a vast improvement over the old and will make it easier to sell my house.

Hired to install a new Kohler Walk-In tub and water heater in our gurst bathroom. CPR Plumbing arrived on exact time they said and owner/operator Randy Spiva and two installers (Cody & Conner) went to work immediately to widen two small doorways to get in the tub that cleared the doorways by 1/2 inch. It was amazing to watch the teamwork and truly professionals at work. My wife is ultra perticular and she is very pleased with the finished product and that means alot. They cleaned up everything and took old tub with them includiing the old water heater they also replaced. Took a almost 2 days to complete. Again I repeat 5 star professional work.

Dan Campbell and Travis Blunt did a great job. They patiently answered our questions and explained every thing they were doing in a very polite ( did I say patiently ) way. The left everything cleaned and were very careful with our flooring as they were handling materials in/out of the bathroom.

Installers Alec, Andres, & Sam were very very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable of their workmanship. They did a Superb excellent job. Also, they were efficient, very focus on the job at hand & the work was completed in a timely matter. Another thing, they didn't take any lunch or break time. I had a tub/shower before. Now, I Have a beautiful shower that I'm very proud of in my bathroom.

Not what we were looking for. Seem to have a quality product ( way too. Many videos through) we wanted to replace a tub and shower with a walk-in shower also replace floor tile etc in our master bath. This company does the shower but installs a high quality acrylic wrap product customized to the space . They tear everything down to the studs - including the plumbing and redo it. Just not the options we were looking for.

Walter and Larry were on time and very professional and hard working. Did a great job cleaning up.

Installers Jason S. (Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before installation as they made a poor transition from the perfectly remodeled tub and shower and were harder to clean after final caulking). As far as all the other custom requirements they asked me, listened and implemented to my satisfaction. I am happy that they listened and adapted their job to my parameters to help address a long tern wall-splashing issue upon tub exit. The whole experience was surprisingly painless and I would definitely use West Shore again for future projects. My only other minor criticism is that the original Salesperson should more clearly state that the shower cannot be used for 24 hours after installation, as the installers did very clearly, but that had not been clear to me before they installed (perhaps glossed over too quickly by my Salesperson).

We are very pleased with out new shower. The install team of Andre and Alec did an outstanding job. They were very professional and knew their craft. I would highly recommend this service!

We are extremely pleased with out new windows and doors! The installation team (Sam, Rav, Marcus, Mark, James and Patrick G.) were very professional, personable and were very detail oriented. They left our home tidy and clean after they were done, and our particular job was no small thing. I simply cannot say enough or recommend them enough to others considering window replacement. The installation team of Jason (lead), Dan, and Tyler did a great job from the start to the finish. They were extremely efficient and hard working. The team protected our home and clean up upon completion. The paid specific attention to what we wanted as a customer. The 3rd Tier acrylic materials and brushed nickel hardware with the shower heads_adjustable height really sets off the master bathroom. Gage covered the sales aspect and West Shore Home Corp very well and had excellent knowledge and presentation of the product. Absolutely 5 Stars.

Excellent from the beginning to the end. The salesman, Andrew explained what the company could do - took measurements - gave me some choices of color for my new shower and gave me a quote. I thought it was a little high but after the work was finished, it was well worth it. The installers - Ernie and Nate - were right on time and despite some issues with the water shut off valve and some heavy rain (neither of which were in their control, the job was completed in one day. They took away the old heavy tub and cleaned up everything before they left. My shower is absolutely beautiful - more than I expected.
