The installers were exceptional. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and very polite.

Salesman Tony was prompt & polite. spent time with me. I picked out something and later in the day called him and he came back and I picked out another paneling and I am so happy with my choices. Installers were on time, clean and very nice. I small part was missing from my shower head and another tech came with a piece. It worked fine but he called me back and said he found something better and could he come back to change it. He was right and I am so happy. EASY to clean and still looks like the day it was installed.

The work of removing a bath tub and installing a roll-in shower was done by Jason, Rick, and Leanna who were so accommodating and willing to please. They were professional, informative and right on time each day. From the sales representative, Wayne, to the office staff, to the installers, they all made this job a pleasure.

Shane, Alec & Josh J. ; were punctual, professional and worked tirelessly to get this job done. Even the mishaps we encountered didnâ  t deter them. With same respect to Tiffany who took my calls to help find solutions along the way. No one skirted the issues rather faced them; informed us and pushed forward. Needless to say I have a beautiful master shower that serves our needs. Hoping to hear from glass company today.

From our design reps, Jim Sorensen and Kevin Lewis, to our installers, Chase Vosga and electrician, Shaun, we were so impressed with West Shore Home and our experience with them. Of course, the Kohler product we purchased is exceptional, but no one likes demo day in their home. Chase and Shaun made that so easy for us and we would like to praise them for their attention to every detail, whether mentioning items we still needed to remove to protect, to the final clean up and operating instructions, they were professional, calm and reassuring, taking care of our property and doing everything they did professionally and accurately. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. It is so nice to be able to trust a company that hires good, reliable employees that obviously take pride in doing their job to the very best of their ability and with such courtesy. You guys really are excellent! We look forward to enjoying our new Kohler walk-in hydrotherapy bath for years to come.

The work done if replacing my tub for a standup shower was exceptional. The crew that came out - Sam -- Patrick G -- and Jones were efficient and professional. They removed the tub/shower combo - replaced several studs - re-framed and installed the shower in one day.

The work done by Andre and Travis was A plus. I have worked with many contractors through the years and I know what professional is and they were that. I could not have been more pleased with the finished product . Clean up was a breeze; I thought it would be a mess after but no, it went very quickly.

The house of my mom needed to have her tub and shower replaced. She decided on having a walk-in shower put in. We were very pleased with the overall experience. From the planning with our sales consultant, Winston C. He showed us patterns and how it would be done and how long it would take. The installers were here right on time. Dan C and Ricky H went above and beyond to keep us in the loop of progression during the day. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much. Our walk-in shower is beautiful.

Walter and Larry were polite, professional, and considerate. They explained what they were doing, were very efficient, and were very neat and clean as they worked. They did a fantastic job!

Alec and Tyler were excellent workers ! They were very professional and we loved their sense of humor along the way. They worked very hard and we are completely satisfied ! Their cleanup was outstanding also! They answered all our questions. i would recommend their services to all my friends and family!

My installers were great - Danny, Bruce, Angie, and John. The project took two days because of the custom work needed. They exceeded expectations.

April and Tyler were very diligent in making sure every step was explained and worked hard in stormy weather to complete the job on time. I will recommend these services to all my friends, families and clients as I continue in the real estate industry.

Shane and Leanna were great hard workers, and asked how i wanted things done or where I wanted things to be placed. Cleaned up everything. Great personalities for customers to interact with!! They explained everything to me especially how to keep it cleaned! Everything looks great and works well!

I am very happy with my new windows. I live in a little old house with jaulousie windows. I have a small fixed income, and WestShoreHomes was able to help me obtain financing for the windows that needed to be replaced. That was the very important first step for me. The windows are very high quality and look great. I thought it would be an ordeal to replace windows in this old house, but the installers were very knowledgeable and made it look simple. My installers were Zach Land and Marc Mannville. They were quick and efficient, as well as being so kind and polite. WestShoreHomes made this whole project so easy and affordable for meâ from the sales personâ s first visit to setting up the installation to getting my new windows installed. Thank you!

The windows were definitely expensive, but the quality is well worth it. The whole experience was great, from Bret, the Design Consultant, to the extremely patient schedulers, to the installers, everyone was wonderful. The installation team: Ravi, Craig, and Walter were fantastic; Arrived early, very quick and clean, and answered every question I had. Would highly recommend.

Tony did a great job with the sales and financing to our liking, Danny and Troy did a excellent job installing my new shower. It was started and completed the same day. They even stayed longer to complete a add on to my order. I appreciated that. I will recommend West Shore Home to my friends and family.

We hired West Shore to do two jobs: replace our back door, and replace a bathtub with a walk-in shower. There were two teams: Alec and Ricky to do the shower, and another team to do the back door (I didn't catch their names). The door was done in about two hours. The bathroom project took longer, starting around 9:30 AM, and didn't complete until about 7:30 PM. But the finished project was beautiful, and they did a superb job of cleaning up afterward.

Patrick G. And Sam did any amazing job. With every installation you run into something unexpected. They handled it like the pros they are. Great team.

Chad the sales representative was very informative. He said they were about 6 weeks out on remodels. The next day I received a phone call to schedule the remodel. They scheduled me in just 2 weeks. Then they actually did the job a day ahead of schedule. Angie, John, and Eric were great. The install went well. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up very well and before thay left. My new shower looks amazing.

The sales rep. Joshua S. was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. We couldn't ask for better installers, Dan C. and Ricky H. They were timely, professional, courteous, answered all of our questions and were continuously cleaning up behind them. We had one shower replaced and also replaced a tub with a shower. Both showers are beautiful and are now more functional.

Patrick G. And Sam did a great job They show up on time and was nice did the job and cleaned up after there self before they left.

I just had my windows installed, but West Shore Home. My installers, Johnny B, Kyle, Graham, Brian and Adrian. When I tell you these guys were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional, friendly, fast workers, any questions asked they were answer. I provided lunch for them and it showed they really appreciated it. I am SO HAPPY AND SATISFIED with the results. They clean on the outside and inside where work was done. Not many company will do that. So glad I decide to go with this company. I have two other window I want done in the future. Definitely will be calling West Shore Home for my next project. I wish could give 10 stars, because they all deserve it.
