Nate and Ricky were awesome. they got here right on time, did an outstanding job on old tub removal and new walk in shower install, they asked questions on product placement and were in and out quickly. left the room clean and beautiful. thank you all so much. My handicapped husband is impressed.

Make sure you read your contract because they do not do as they say. My job started in January and March 5th is still not finished asked for a soap dish and still none. They have been here three times and each time the workers say they did not tell us about a soap dish. No glass door yet, so, I cannot use my shower. I am so done with this company. And they do not care because they are paid already... lesson learned.

I shopped around at different companies and went with Westshore Homes because of the product. The salesman was not great, had a lot of hiccups, however the sales manager recovered nicely. The installers were amazing! Very professional, detailed work and cleaned up well. I purchased all new windows, sliding doors and my front door so it was a big project. I am very happy with the overall result despite the issues with the salesman. James, Martin, Patrick, Marc and Walter you did a great job on my job #164063 and Ryan the sales manager, excellent recovery. I would highly recommend them. This is not a inexpensive job when you decide to do this, however my house looks and feels like a completely different home. Super happy! Oh, they also were very good on safety protocols. Thank you team.

I love the outcome. My installers Ricky H and Cameron W. They arrived in the morning and were out in the evening at 5 PM. They were awesome. I will recommend them for a job alone with West Shore Home anytime. Great guys that do an awesome job. My new shower is beautiful. I just love it. I cannot stop smiling.

We had an old bath tub with high edges that did not allow my husband, who has a mobility challenge to get into the tub unassisted or to feel safe while showering. West Shore installed a complete new shower with two grab bars, and three corner shelves. It has a very low lip that my husband can enter easily and the grab bars give him confidence and independence when showering. All of this was done in one day, was expertly done by installers Tyler and Shane. We love our new shower!!

As on the television commercial the work was as shown, the employees, from the sales representative, to the phone notifications and to the installers everything was professional and well done. I would highly recommend this company.

The company took down old fiberglass bathtubs and showers and replaced them with new showers. They took all of the demolished materials and left the place very clean. They were prompt, efficient, respectful, and very professional. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Workmen were on time and did not stop for lunch. From 8:45 AM -5:00 PM until they finished the job which was perfect.

What an Excellent job. We he'd these folks to remodel our master shower. From the initial contact with Representative Willie to the finishing of the project everything was was professional. Alec and Rick K arrived at the scheduled time ready to begin on our remodel, job # J-170250. The's two young men went right to work from assessing the project, making plan, executing the plan, and final cleanup. These guys were phenomenal. Thanks again for a company that does what they say. We just got new windows installed through Westshore. The installers, Craig, Rave, and Marc, were professional and courteous, and they did an amazing jobs! The caulking hasn't even dried yet, and we can already feel and see a difference! (J-160267)

Nate, Josh and Ricky, thanks for the very professional job you did to replace an old tub with a modern shower stall, not an easy task in a older mobile home. Everything from start up to clean up was done in an impressive way. I wish this company did other things I need done. Good work and thank you.
