The two installers, Isaac and Henry, arrived just after 8am, and worked diligently till nearly 6pm. The result was outstanding! Beautifully designed walk-in shower, that we needed for quite some time! Highly recommend this company and the workers for future projects!

The remodeling team, Chris R and Paul M did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very professional and hard working. When the project was finished the site was left clean and tidy. Neil B. and Gabrielle B. arrived here on time and were professional all the way. They did a fantastic job from demolition, installation to cleanup. They are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. The shower was installed quickly and to my complete satisfactory. I highly recommend West Shore Homes as not only were they all friendly, I felt completely comfortable with the installers and the great work they were doing. Finding great companies like them out there is a rare find. I gave them 5 stars and would give more if I could. I can't wait to use my new shower.

We had Chris R. , Brian B, Mike (master plumber), another Chris, and Alex from Chattanooga doing our install. Although they ran into some issues they solved them and got our install completed. They were all so polite, professional, and funny! We had a great day with all of them and we are so pleased with our new shower- feels like weâ re at a hotel every time we shower!

Travis, DJ, and Will were experienced, open to questions, and showed a high level of competency throughout the project. My initial mistrust was allayed by watching them work. They knew exactly what to do, once the old (fiberglass) shower was cut up and removed. (You never know what you're going to get, behind those walls!) The expense of this project was balanced with the lifetime (as long as we live here) guarantee and West Shore's excellent customer service. The high quality components and materials, choices of accessories, employee competence, and single-day completion made this project a good value.

We had Henry and Ben come and do our bathroom installation and they were amazing and very hands on and helpful we had some minor hiccups but we managed to get it all fixed.they worked nonstop to get our bathroom done highly recommend

The West Shore Home experience was amazing starting with Braden who met with me to talk about the options. He listened to what I really needed for my 83 year old dad's shower, especially the safety bars and the low step over. Then, the crew of Zach Deckard, Brian, and Tyler were very professional and consulted with me during the one day install. The also helped me surprise my dad by getting it complete on time! They left everything super clean like they were never there. Highly recommend.

The two men that came to my house Raymond and Isaiah did a wonderful job on taking out the bathtub and putting in a new shower. It was very hard work and they did not take a lunch break also they cleaned up everything. They were very polite. I was very pleased with everything they did.

Allen was our sales representative and I highly recommend him. He was very thorough in his presentation snd took his time inspecting and measuring the shower. He gave us time to make our decisions On the day of installation, he stopped by to see how the job was going I had some issues and he directed me to the right people to get everything taken care of Again, I highly recommend Allen !

We live in a 100+ year old home with an upstairs shower badly in need of remodel. The shower was lathe and plaster walls covered over with layers and layers of tile. Emma and her team, Jenny, Kevin, Davin, Jake, Austin and plumber Randy did a magnificent job. They were neat, professional, punctual, and so creative when they encountered obstacles. I cannot say enough wonderful things about West Shore Home.
