Excellent communication from day 1 with Luis. The office kept me updated on supply arrival date. My installers, Dan n Caleb were super outstanding- respectful of my home, detail oriented, professional, yet courteous. It was obvious they took pride in their work, showed me operation of windows, explained contract and cleaned up afterwards. Walked me through to see if I was pleased. I had my inspection within a week and James came out out with a pleasant smile to finish post inspection install of panels. My windows are lovely and I'm very pleased with the quality of the finished product.

Shower Installation and Replacement
Ethan and Tyler did a great job. They arrived on time, covered furniture and floors to keep clean. Explained what they would be doing. Showed me drain test and what work had to be done under the old tub. Installed the new shower and checked with me on placement of the seat, grab bars and shelfs. Finished in good time and cleaned up. I am very pleased with my new walk-in shower and would recommend West Shore Home and Ethan and Tyler to anyone that needs this type of work done.

Henry and Paul arrived before 9am and were done with everything including clean up by 4:30 pm. Both were very professional and precise. Henry described the process as they went along. We will request them again when we're ready to have our other bathroom remodeled. Highly satisfied!
