Henry, Takisha, and Sam were delightful. They did a great job. However, Ben was not so good to deal with, very bad attitude.

Sam, Zach D, Alex, and Zach A were on time, very efficient, and did a thorough job.

It has been a great experience to have WestShore Home doing our bathroom remodel. Matt Taylor worked all the finances to fit our budget, his follow up during the project was outstanding. And the crew that performed the job were super professional, Torkel, Travis and the 3rd guy ( I couldn't catch his name) Project was completed with the highest quality of product and craftsmanship. I highly recommend WestShore for your house projects !

Saw it on tv, so I called and you may want the installers to do your alls job also. Treated respectfully, had manners and timely.

My installers Montana, Henry, Diego, and John did a good job; however, I felt that I was pressured and that it was a little pricey for what I received.

The service was satisfactory, the installers were polite and efficient. The shower came out great but it's not exactly what I wanted or was told by the sales rep that came out and sold the Job. Let's start at the beginning when the sales rep came out to quote the job. I expressed very clearly that I wanted as much room as possible as my wife is in a wheelchair and have the shower pan come to the very edge "as the pans are custom made that should not be a problem. Then when the sales rep was done I wanted to think on it and get other quotes but i was basically BULLIED into the sale right then and now as I was told if they came back to make the sale i would have to put down 10% of the cost up front, I do not have that kind of money with being out of work. Now for the shower install, Everything went fine until they laid down the new pan after they tore out the tub and it was 2-3 inches shorter than I wanted or I was told and wanted. The installers got on the phone with their boss and said go ahead and install it as is as I cannot be without a shower and he would get back to me on Monday and this was on a Friday. Monday came around and nothing, I know people are busy and I gave them about a week to reach out before I contacted them, well a week went by so I got on the phone with a customer service rep and they were nice and expressed my concerns and basically was told after a couple of phone calls and emails back and forth that nothing they can do and if I wanted to make it larger I would have to extend the wall and pay to have them make it larger again these are custom pans made to order and waited 4-6weeks for them to get the pan from the manufacturer all because the sales rep did not go to the edge of the wall". So far they have not made this right so my review will stay until they do so. 2 or 3 inches may not sound like much when the person in a wheelchair using the shower 2-3 inches is huge. Also the price they have on showerheads is really high $2,000 for a $300 shower head is crazy. I know there has to be a mark up to make money but wow

Griffin, Paul and Myron were all efficient, careful, courteous, timely, and kept me informed through the entire process. My new shower is much more practical and I love it!
