Deon T. and Daniel V. did an absolutely amazing job on our new shower. They tore out our 30 year old bath tub and completely remodeled it to a new walk in shower. They were very polite and got the job done in only a few short hours. They work well as a team and are very knowledgeable about their work. If we had any questions, they had answers. If we could give them 10 stars we would. The only issue we had was not with Dion or Daniel. But our salesperson said we could have as many bars or shelves in our shower that we wanted when he sold us the shower. We didn't know before the shower was built that we would be wanting more shelves. When we discovered that we did want 2 more, we asked the company and they said that they would charge us a few hundred dollars per shelf plus labor. So we happily declined.

I had a very good experience working with everyone at West Shore Home. The installers, Baleigh a Sam, did an excellent job. They made sure everything was done right and kept the job site clean. Then took the time to show me that everything worked right and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Then they cleaned everything again. I will definitely use West Shore Home again.

Marc, Austin and Lyn showed up on time for installation of my doors for my mobile home. The installation was great as well as the personnel. They were polite and did an excellent job. If you get any of these guys to do the work for you, trust you will not go wrong. Excellent job guys!

Our project was started earlier than expected! The crew was very timely, They were friendly, polite and explained the job and progress thoroughly. They were very efficient. Quality of materials and construction was excellent. We were very pleased with the job. We did find an item that needed addressing. Called the company and asked to have someone come out and take care of it. They were very responsive and had someone out right away who took care of everything we needed. Would highly recommend the this company!

The two installers were great! When there was a problem with the base, Christian made three phone calls to correct the issue. That meant an additional day to the project. Doing the job right was the priority, not just finishing the job in one day. I even received a follow up call from management apologizing for the issue which was a manufacturing error and assuring me it was been addressed. I am very pleased with my new walk in shower!!

Very clean and thoughtful workers. Made sure I was satisfied as they went along. I will definitely use their company again for future needs.
