Description of Work: They arrived when they said they were going to. They were professional and clean-up well as part of the job. I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: The gutters on our house were cleaned out. The work was done while I was at work. They were very neat, no sign of debris around the house. The only down fall was it took 3 communications with the company for the work to be completed. The work was marked as completed the first day the work was scheduled. I sent pictures of the trees still in the gutters to prove the work had not been done. It was scheduled again for the next business day, and not completed. I sent an e-mail and received an apology, work was completed the next business day. The b rating is because of the 3 different communications with the company before the work was completed.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters .. were on time and cleaned up any debris. They pointed out to me some rot on the front siding due to the gutters being backed up which I appreciated. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: They did not communicate they did not complete what I needed. I did not know they even showed up.. My wife only saw them as the left. Screens were missing and need to be replaced but they need to talk to someone. |

Description of Work: I think that they did a fine job once I got them to do it!! After purchasing my "big deal" I did not hear from them. I did email with no response. After several weeks (as I was traveling for my company), I finally go a hold of someone on the phone who said that my house was noted as "completed" however it certainly was not!! They did at that time resolve the issue and sent a team out to complete the work and did a nice job. I am hoping this was a fluke, however I did request a quote, both to the person on the phone and the contractor that showed up to my home, for future work. I did not receive that - I guess they don't want my future business?? Odd....

Description of Work: They were tocean out gutters and remove debris from roof. They agreed to date of service yet continually postponed claiming delay was due to weather delays. This in spite of very little rain on my side of Indianapolis.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning. No complaints, the men did a great job. Some tree debris from a recent storm was removed from the roof at no extra charge. I have used gutter cleaners in the past that have been kind of scary. These men were true professionals.

Description of Work: Gutters were cleaned out and debris was removed from the roof as contracted. They came out on a date even earlier than originally scheduled as well which was a nice surprise. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Wellman did a nice job. However, got a bill after the fact for less than I paid for the deal and sent them an email and never heard back from them about the bill or why less cost than I bought the deal for.

Description of Work: The man who came to assess our needs agreed to take down six trees, three of which were tall, in exchange for my $400 coupon. I thought we were all set. But the owner came to do the work and decided that it was too big a job. He talked to my husband about changing the work order. I came home to see the dying 40' spruce in my front yard simply trimmed of half its branches (the dead ones). The point was to improve our home's curb appeal. Now it looks worse than ever. They took the three small trees in the back and one trunk of the dying tree. Then they tried billing me two more times. Disorganized and unprofessional.

Description of Work: Wellman did a thorough cleaning of our upper and lower gutters. They arrived near dusk on the day they came which was much appreciated because there was thunderstorm forecast for that night and I was concerned about them overflowing. We've used them several times and they don't try to add additional charges to their Angie's list big deal, which is much appreciated. |WE will use them again.
