Description of Work: After purchasing an Angie's List Big Deal it took many weeks for them to perform the service purchased. When we purchased the offer for gutter cleaning, our gutters were full of leaves. We finally got them cleaned just before the first snow.

Description of Work: I called to schedule gutter cleaning in early November. I was told the gutters would be cleaned the following week or early the week after. That didn't happen. I called again a couple of different times in the weeks following and was either told the weather was a problem or that the service would be performed the following day or two. Again, that never occurred. I ended up finding another provider FOUR MONTHS after the initial call; that provider was out within three days and did a great job. |I realize the weather presented some challenges, but there were several days when the service could have been performed. Indeed, a neighbor who scheduled service after me had her gutters cleaned weeks ago. |I'm very disappointed with the lack of candor from the provider and the delay of being strung along for months.
