WAYMIRE'S

Waymire's installed a trailer hitch on my Toyota Highlander several years ago. Last fall I began to have electrical problems (battery kept going dead) and went to a local Toyota dealer to have it repaired. They identified the problem as being related to the wiring on the wiring harness for the trailer hitch and suggested I go back to Waymire's to have it fixed--but not before charging me $100 for their "diagnostic" work. I did go to Waymire's, told them my story and they quickly made the repair while I waited. I asked what the charges would be and they informed me there was no charge, there was a lifetime warranty on all their work. I thanked them and started to leave, but the manager asked me to wait a minute. I asked why and he said they were writing me a check to reimburse me for the $100 I had spent at the Toyota dealership. I was more than a little amazed! I have never experienced this level of service anywhere! I would recommend Waymire Hitch to anyone and everyone!

They answered all questions on the phone prior to making an appointment. They immediately went to work at the designated time and were completed in a timely manner. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend to others needing their services.

I am new to towing a car behind an RV. After comparing prices with the large RV dealership, I determined that Waymire could best accomodate my needs. On the appointed day I dropped off my Honda CR-V in the morning and it was ready for pick-up that afternoon. At my convenience, two days later I brought both the CR-V and the RV to Waymire for instructions on hooking up. At that time it was determined that my previously used tow bar and Brake Buddy needed servicing. They obtained a part for the Brake Buddy at no cost. The washer repair kit and labor for servicing the tow bar was $74. The following week I returned and, once again, received instruction in hooking up the vehicles and the Brake Buddy.
Dustin Cronnon and several other employees patiently explained each step on both occasions. I know that I not only got a competitive price but great service as well! Waymire is a local, family owned and operated business conveniently located in Indianapolis.

100% great. highly recommend. i have NEVER felt like i was over charged there. ever. i get a lot of trailer work done too. estimates are always very accurate. the staff is friendly. they know trailers and accessories inside and out. feel confident having Waymires help you with your trailer and towing needs.

See above. I would highly recommend these folks for their professionalism and willingness to guarantee their work. They were prompt, courteous and great to work with. I'd use them again in a heartbeat if I had another vehicle that needed towing work.
