They came on a different day than we had discussed, but it worked out. Two guys came and they bickered among each other, but did a nice job. The gutters had pulled away with the ice storm, but they got them all reattached. Nice work overall.

Fixed minor loose shingle areas and inspected entire roof. Very professional and explained needed repairs completely. I also had them quote the window installation for me. Price was right and they came out and installed the windows and screen door and they look great. Very impressed.

They did a great job. They had to wait for a day that was warm enough to do the job but they did the work as soon as they could. They did a good job cleaning up and explaining the roof and gutter situation at the house. Thankfully, the gutters did not need replaced in the roof/sunroom area and he explained why.

My roof started leaking over a room with a wood ceiling! I called them the next day and we set a time that they would come out the following day. They were on time, pleasant and professional. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the flashing. Last night it rained hard and there was no leak in that room. I would definitely work with them again.

No notice left at house, no confirmation. The contractor expects me to accept his word that work was completed yet, as far as I have seen, the gutters have not be addressed.
Very unsatisfied.
Contractor was willing to come back out yet based on our phone conversation I am not willing to work with this company again.

The guys were very efficient. They did a great job of gutter cleaning & even replaced a couple of my gutter covers inclusive in the $99.00 payment. I would refer them to others, as well use them in the future.

I think that they came and performed the service while I was at work and while we had inclement weather, so I can't be sure of how thorough they would have been. I tried contacting them via the Angie's List website to inquire if they were able to flush the gutters, but they haven't responded. What's more is it's been a month since I've sent that message.

The owner was extremely professional and pleasant on the phone. He scheduled time for the work within days of my phone call. His crew did a good job cleaning the roof and gutters, but I didn't see any minor repairs on the gutters, which was included in the cost. I also heard the guys complaining about the work.

I purchased one of the "Big Deals" from Angie's List for this provider, but before I purchased the deal, I called the provider. I was impressed when I first talked to the owner and made sure I knew the services I'd be getting. In addition to a cleaning and tune-up, I asked if they they would be able to assess my additional gutter needs as this is an old home and we just moved in. I also asked if they would offer suggestions for additional downspouts that might be needed, etc. The answer was yes.
Due to the harsh winter, I knew it would take a few weeks for them to be able to schedule and I was fine with that. They communicated via the website that they would be in touch to schedule. However, instead of scheduling, two employees just showed up one day. Luckily I was here. But not that lucky because they were focused on cleaning the gutters and getting out of there ASAP. They said they couldn't assess my gutter needs and told me to call the owner. I did. When I got on the phone with the owner, he told me that's what they're supposed to say and that they only get about half of the "deal" on Angie's List, so they're just trying to get the job done and move on. That's fine, but it's not what I was told the experience would be like when I originally talked to the owner.
The owner said he would call his employees. After that, they did say my second level couldn't be guttered due to the angle of the fascia but that an additional downspout might be a good idea and that if I wanted a quote, to call the owner.
Also, the employees cleaned out my gutters, but they flung the clumps of partially frozen leaves all over my yard. I would think a cleaning would not mean a re-distribution of the mess, but an actual clean-up.

We had scheduled for the next day for him to fix our roof but I got a call late in the evening and he said that he could come out in 30 minutes.....I was so happy! He did it so fast I was surprised that he was here and done! He was very good, friendly and professional. If I need my roof fixed again or any of my neighbors I will call him!

They randomly showed up at my house, which I thought was strange. I had a baby napping so it wasn't a real convenient time, but I told them to just do it anyway. When I asked why they showed up they said they didn't have a number to contact me. I appreciated them being on top of things and get the job done ASAP, but it would have been nice to plan around it or at least have a notice they were coming. I felt uncomfortable having a group of men show up at my house, not knowing what they needed or were doing. They got the cleaning and repairs done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I had some gutter repair questions for the guy and he didn't seem to know anything about adding gutters/downspouts. He told me to call his boss to get a quote, his boss said he would come out and take a look, but never showed up. They did a good job at what I paid them to do-clean and make repairs on my gutters, but I probably would not call them to do work again.

They had to break up the ice to get the leaves out of my gutters. They cleaned up most of the debris that dropped. One of the workers sat on one of my lounge chairs which is fine, but they moved it and did not put it back. Also, they used very foul language.

We purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was okay as far as we know. However we were in Georgia when they came and it was Christmas time. We haven’t been able to look and see what they did because of the weather. The weather warmed up for a few days, and so they sent an email and got the job done. By the time we got back, the weather was awful. 1.15 to 1.19. We have had a lot of snow. We thought the price was fair. It was a good one.

Due to cold weather and waiting for a break in the weather, the workmen came to my house without notice so I wasn't there when they came to clean out the gutters. I said that I wanted to be notified before hand but that did not happen. I specifically mentioned a simple repair was needed on the downspout clamp. That was not repaired. Due to cold weather, I have not gotten the ladder out to see how well they cleaned the gutters.

They did a good job. We were very satisfied. We were got at the time and we came home and it had been done. But he’d been calling for like a month before so they came out in the time we thought.
