Got me in the same day. Provided eye exam and gave me RX for new contacts. Gave me a pair of contacts to wear home too. Doctor was fabulous and listened to my concerns.

They were able to look at my battery, and like I suspected, it needed replaced. All of the people/techs working there were very helpful and very willing to solve the problem. When it came time to decide what type of battery my car needed, they did not try and persuade me thatthe more expensive battery would be better. They were very knowledgable and knew that a different, cheaper battery would get the job done just the same.
I also asked them to look at the car to make sure that nothing else was wrong with it. They assured me that everything else was running smoothly and I should be good to go. Everyone was very professional, and I would definitely go back to the auto-center if I had another question or problem with my car.

I'm not a fan of Wal-mart generally, but I have found the pharmacy at my local store to be easy to deal with. I'm able to get in and out rather quickly and the prices are very good. In addition, the refill process is made quite easy.

I arrived early in the day (shortly after opening) in hopes to get an oil change very quickly. The service was great. There was one car ahead of me, but they began working on my car right away. I was greeted promptly and nicely. They completed the service very quickly and I did my shopping while I was waiting on my car. I was very satisfied. The staff is always nice and able to answer my questions.

THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT THE BEST.

I have become very tired of going to oil change shops, paying $35 for 10 minutes of work, and being quilted into new wipers, air filter or changing something else that doesn't really NEED to be changed. I decided to use Walmart oil tire and lube while I was getting groceries one day. They upgraded me to a better oil for cold weather and the change was done in 15 minutes, I could continue shopping and pay for the oil change when I was checking out my groceries! I didn't have to talk to or see anyone, and I just wheeled my cart of groceries back and out the oil change door to my car - it was so easy and I killed two birds with one stone! I will definitely be back!

IT TOOK THEM OVER FOUR HOURS TO REPLACE MY TIRE, AND DO THE BALANCE AND ROTATION, AND THEY WERE NOT AT ALL BUSY, WITH OPEN BAYS. THEY USED THE WRONG VALVE STEM. THEY DIDN'T PULL UP MY PAST RECORDS TO SEE I WAS UNDER WARRANTY, AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR COVERED SERVICES. IT TOOK THE MANAGER THREE TRIES TO GET THE PRICE RIGHT. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO DO THE MATH, OR WHAT THE CHARGES WERE FOR.

ONLY CERTAIN WAL-MART STORES HAVE THE DIGITAL CAPABILITIES, SO THEY CHARGE DIFFERENT RATES (IE. THE STORE PRICES ARE MORE THAN DOUBLE ON KEYSTONE VS. 116TH ST.)

ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I HAD MY OIL CHANGED MY CAR STARTED TO SMOKE AND THERE WAS FLUID COMING FROM UNDERNEATH. I CALLED WAL-MART BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THAT MY OIL CAP HAD NOT BEEN PUT BACK ON AND THE OIL WAS LEAKING OUT. THE SERVICE MANAGER AND A TECHNICIAN CAME IMMEDIATELY TO DURING THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY WORK DAY. THEY WERE GREAT. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE WAL-MART FOR ALL MY OIL CHANGES.

THEIR AUTOMATED PHOTO PRINTER IS NOT A GOOD MACHINE. THE COLOR IS INACCURATE, THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE FOR A SELF LEARNING MACHINE. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING PRINTED THERE. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, MACHINE IS BAD.
