THEY ARRIVED AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE, AND THEY TOOK ALL AFTERNOON TO DO THE WORK INSTEAD OF THE ONE HOUR THEY ORIGINALLY SAID IT WOULD TAKE. THEY DID NOT GIVE US A CALL TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE, NOR DID THEY GIVE US A NEW ESTIMATE FOR HOW LONG THE WORK WOULD TAKE. THEY ALSO LEFT INSULATION ALL OVER THE GARAGE, CLOSET, THE ADJOINING ROOMS OF THE HOUSE, AND OUR DRIVEWAY. IN SHORT, THEY LEFT OUR HOUSE A MESS. IT TOOK SEVERAL HOURS OF VACUUMING AND CLEANING TO GET THE HOUSE BACK TO USABLE CONDITION. OUR GARAGE AND BASEMENT ALSO FLOODED BECAUSE THE DRAIN IN THE DRIVEWAY WAS CLOGGED WITH LEFTOVER INSULATION. THEY WERE ALSO NOT UPFRONT WITH US ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ESTIMATE AND TRIED TO FORCE US TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT WHEN THEY DID NOT DO ALL THE WORK.
