Office Equipment Repair, Cabinet Making
The service tech we have dealt with over the years (8) has been very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Our dealings with the Sales and support within the company has been another story. Their focus on profit has far overshadowed the delivering of good service and customer support. This is especially sad when their reputation years ago was built solidly on their good name and excellent support. Going to a smaller contractor versus the larger V& F, sometimes has its negatives, but in this case, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
