So I had a 5mm kidney stone that ended up getting stuck .. Dealing with Emergency rooms , and skeptical Dr/nurses in the midst of an opiod crisis made this a very frustrating adventure .. If it were not for Dr. Bennetts triage nurse Kathy , I probably would not be rating this review as high. She went above , and beyond for me . They better hold on to her for dear life , because any practice would be honored to have her. Urogly did exactly what they said they would do. Other than standard recovery I feel they delivered as promised. Would have liked to have dealt with the same person each visit , but I am guessing in Emergency situations whomever is available at the time is pretty standard. That all being said I recommend this practice .

Terrible. The two times I have called over a month apart the phone tree did not work properly. The first time the clinical question option just hung up on me. Today I tried to call the appointment desk and there was not even an option to schedule. Eventually I just started pounding numbers and got thru. Then I was on hold for 10 minutes. Good doctors but lousy phone tree!

Dr. Copeland is a very good doctor. She is kind, energetic, and brilliant. She listens closely to your report of symptoms, and she makes great recommendations. She values the input you give as a patient, presents your options to you clearly and objectively, and will not pressure you into any treatment. She is willing to be as conservative or aggressive in her interventions as you wish. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her expertise.

Wait time is typically 20 minutes after your appointment time.  Once in the room, the wait is minimal.  The triage nurse is often short, however does typically set appointments when needed.  The staff is typically knowledgeable, however not all have any bedside manner at all.  Dr Mutone is a very good surgeon, however does not always communicate well.

Dr. Mutone is very cordial, and takes time to discuss any questions.  She clarified the prolapse condition well, and discussed all options, including surgery which is ruled out at this time.

The staff was professional from the minute I made the first phone call to the office.  Once I saw the doctor for an evaluation, she gave me a thorough explanation of what she could and couldn't do, and further testing within her office would help to ascertain what could be done.  Her staff that did further testing was really great--it was somewhat uncomfortable, but the P.A. was caring and empathetic.  I felt quite valued as a patient.  I was very well cared for in my overnite stay at the surgery center, and Dr. Mutone provided excellent ancillary care that meets standard of care for any hospitalization.  The nursing staff and facility at the surgery center were excellent as well.  Aftercare was wonderful  I felt that I had a nurse and a doctor that I could call 24/7 if I had a problem, and get a responsible answer.  Dr. Mutone's call nurse, Shelly (?), was very knowledgable and I was always attended to promptly with call backs and responses appropriate to my questions and requests.  Never once did I feel "out in the cold" without a contact person.I will likely follow-up with Dr. Mutone in a year after my surgery and will be as pleased then as I was during my care.  The new surgery procedure was absolutely the best invention ever, as pain was very minimal and the procedures were extremely successful.  I would and have referred others to her for similar problems.  I cannot say enough good about this experience.
One further comment: Dr. Mutone, after reviewing all the data from her testing procedures, is quite honest about what she can and cannot provide as to results.  I appreciated this very much, and was therefore pleased that the result was just as described and expected.  She also reviews all medications and medical history, personally with the patient, recommending what medication to stop and when prior to surgery.  Not only does she consider her own specialty, but she is very knowledgable about other medical conditions that would influence surgery experience outcome.  Again, I cannot say enough good about this experience, and my husband agrees.  He was with me throughout the whole procedure and was very impressed with Dr. Mutone's kindness and professionalism as well.

Communication was good. Dr. Schlueter explained everything, and any additional questions were handled quickly. Surgery went extremely well, and Dr. Schlueter was there daily to check up on my progress. It took a little longer than I would have liked to get the surgery scheduled (over a month), but that was the only problem.

I see him once a year.  He is real nice.  He is thorough and competent.  He is efficient, sharp and personable.  My health insurance is covered by him.
