+ -1 moreWhen the gift arrived it was in pieces, totally broken. The thing is, I've done business with this store before. I think it has changed hands because I don't recognize anyone in there. They don't know how to pack. They can't just put a fragile sticker on the box and think it's going to be okay.
Description of Work: He packed the box inadequately. I told him that it was a gift from my daughter's grandmother, and it was irreplaceable.
