Moving
The experience I had with a different U-Haul location was absolutely terrible but because I don't have much of a choice in trailer rental, I had to go with U-Haul again when I needed a trailer. I chose to use a different location and was much happier with the experience. I was able to pick up quickly, and drop it off over night, with no issues. The trailer was in good condition and we had no problems on the road with it. In the future, I will probably use this U-Haul location again.

Great. Trailer was perfect, hitch was solid. Everything was explained well and I understood the braking system of the trailer. The trip went well and drop off was a cinch. Very friendly people. I'd shop there again.

We had reserved a truck at a location that was between our new house and the old one. U-Haul confirmed the reservation. Then I got a text message from them regarding some other truck at some other location. I called them to find out that I had no truck at any location. I was informed that whoever I called had no business telling me that I had one reserved. We ended up getting a truck at a location that was 30 miles out of our way-each way! I think it was a bait and switch scenario. I won't use them again

Moving
Started off with the Uhaul on Shadeland Ave., they didn't have any trucks so they sent me to the Eastgate location. Rented the last truck and could only have it for 8 hours. We rushed to move that day and when we were done with the move, we went to put gas in truck, truck broke down at the pump and was told that it would be 90 minutes before someone could help. That is not an acceptable time especially after spending the whole day moving and then had to wait for help at a gas station, where we were taking up their profit waiting on help. The clerk at the Uhaul never offered a discount, nor did the corporate headquarters respond to my email. This would be the second time this has happened to me, they have just lost a customer. Obviously they need to get better trucks.
