I like them a lot

One of the most pathetic excuses for professionals we have experienced. One man on the crew was sick so the manager was with the crew that day. You would think that would have helped but unfortunately he was also incompetent. I am not over exaggerating when I say they damaged every piece of furniture they touched. A stair well that could be removed was damaged because they thought removing it was unnecessary. They also permanently damaged a dresser that is part of a set my wife and I had purchased after being married. They sent a independent company to fix our furniture several weeks after the move. That gentleman told us that he repaired the dresser to the best of his ability but it would never be as solid as it was. I do believe he tried his best but the damage was to severe to repair it to 100%. They also failed to put legs back on several pieces of furniture. They even screwed up the simple task of getting a fridge out of our old garage and into the new one. I would have thought that would have been very simple considering that both garages have oversized garage doors, however they managed to lose a couple cover pieces from the fridge. I will admit that after a couple phone calls they did refund us some money but I’m not sure they should have been paid for anything but fuel cost. I typically don’t write negative reviews but I was so blown away by how terrible this crew and company treated us that I wanted to prevent anyone else from going through this.

It went fine.

It was great. They came on time, were very careful with everything, and didn't break anything.
