Everything was done on time and to my expectations. It took a couple of hours. They have wifi and tv while you wait.

We were supposed to get it for free from another dealer and they honored the free stuff. Their waiting room is dirty nasty and the ladies room is disgusting. I've talked to the service manager. I will not ever take the cars and wait. My husband does it. The service manager didn't seem to be too interested in that the ladies room is dirty, the toilet won't flush and the floor is dirty. My husband likes the supervisor and they keep the service record on our car. Erin is the best.

This was the first time I purchased at a dealer. I had always heard to beware of car salespeople but the tactics used against me were inexcusable. The most alarming point was two sales people tried repeatedly to get me to lie to their lenders. One was a contract employee for the tent event and one was a sales person from Tom Wood Toyota. I have had medical bills and I told them if I couldn't be approved without lying to the banks, I would wait. They ended up finding a lender but I was appalled and figure that may have been something illegal they asked me to do. I am surprised they would risk the relationship with their lenders as well. In addition, at closing the guy wouldn't let me read what I was signing but pointed on places to sign and explained it. I was so tired, I stupidly let him do it and when the service contract for $1800 on a vehicle under warranty, I asked if it was a requirement of the sale and he said YES. I later wrote to the dealership about my experience and the manager, Chris Hutton responded immediately. He apologized up and down for his people and invited me in to resign the contract without the vehicle service contract. To me, it was a done deal, I felt the manager corrected what happend and I let it go. Chris said to contact him with any future issues and when I needed another key for my Jeep, he cut me a check for reimbursement of my out of pocket cost, around $250. I didn't expect that but was appreciative that he was so willing to make it right for me. Then, in July 2017 I had a question about a product promised in the sale, roadside assistance. I called the dealership and asked about it. They put the original guy who lied to me at closing on the phone and he was rude and laughed when I told him he shouldnt talk to me that way, I was the customer. It was clear he was upset that the manager removed the service contract and he talked down to me. I emailed the manager, expecting an apology but nothing this time. I feel that they were just afraid of being reported for their sales tactics and manipulation and they were not sorry. So I feel obligated to report this so nobody else gets scammed or talked into doing something illegal. I am preparing to report this to the Indiana State Attorney General and the BBB. Be aware, these guys are not honest.

They are fairly priced and provide prompt service. Good sevice.

Very well. Got me in right at my appointment time.

I feel like I can trust them.

They told me it would take a half an hour and it took a half an hour. I only had contact with the agent who would take the information and enter it into their system. That was an “A” effort on that person’s behave.

Perfection

Terrible. It took two and half hours to diagnose, and three more hours to fix it. Took almost six hours to get it done. The dealer would not waive the diagnosis fee, in spite of the fact that I was paying more than $850 including other repairs.

I've been using them for three years. I would use them again in the future.

We have been using them since 2013. It was a scheduled maintenance and they did not break anything so I am happy. As long as they do not make it worst, I am happy.
