Everything went as expected. They were able to provide service at short notice. Created quite a bit of sawdust from drilling out the door; cleaned everything up nicely.

lock on my storm door was stuck-called them & they came over & took lock off-recommened we repalce it. we bought the wrong part & when they came back were unable to replace it-not their fault

Representative from Tinder was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the process as well as provided info on existing alarm system.  Office staff was also very professional and prompt with their communication. 

We were very satisfied with the work. It seemed expensive, but we have no real basis for comparison.

They were punctual. They did their job, and I felt that they did a good job. They worked here and it did not take them very long to finish it. They just explained everything that I needed to know if I wanted to make a new key and that kind of thing.

I removed 2 Mortise type Security door locks and took the whole lock to Tinder on a Friday around noon to see about making new keys for them or would it be cheaper to replace them since the previous owner didn't leave any keys for them. Both of the mortise type were the double key tumblers.  I left it there and they said they would do some research on the tumblers.  Monday morning they called and said after there checking on new tumblers they said it would be cheaper on me to let them rekey both sets of tumblers and that if I wanted both sets keyed alike to bring the other set of tumblers in and they would make both sets match. I dropped the other tumbler off a little later that morning and they called that afternoon and said they were ready, since it was about time for the traffic to start building up I told them I would pick them up the following morning which I did. He gave me some hints about the reinstallation of the door locks just incase I had forgotten by putting it all together there on the counter.  He gave me three keys and asked me if I needed more. There were professional and nice and I will use them again.

I called mid-afternoon, needing to have someone come by the end of the day to fix the broken door. Travis called to assess the situation and was here with appropriate hardware within an hour of my call (ahead of the window the office offered). He found a way to restore security to the door with minimal hardware and taught me a great deal about door security in the process. He was incredibly helpful and left the door more secure than it was before, even with a fix that is not permanent (the door will have to be replaced when feasible). Great problem-solving. Terrific professionalism. Excellent customer service. The would-be burglars nearly ruined my day; Tinder saved it. I hadn't worked with them before; I'm saving their info for the next time I need lock service.

They did a good job. I was very pleased.

After discussing some possibilities with Wes (from Tinder) I decided to have complete do a temporary solution and re-key two locks and make a total of eight keys for them.  Down the road we'll probably replace one door's locks with a keyless entry system, but that's still in the planning phase.  All in all Wes did an excellent job in getting the work accomplished in as short a time as was possible and did a fine job in a professional manner.

It went great.  Serviceman was very professional and clean up was good too.  Price was $220 - $10 angies list coupon.
I think it was a bit high in price though for only a little over hour labor for no solid wood doors.

The locksmith came out right on time. He toured the house to see how many locks to rekey. One lock was not the same brand. Options were explained clearly along with the cost of options. Job completed in a timely manner. Very pleased-even adjusted striker plates as a courtesy.
