The technicians arrived right at the scheduled time and got right to work - they were professional, courteous and efficient. They noticed a problem with the latch on one of the doors where they were installing a deadbolt and went ahead and fixed it while they were installing the lock. Good experience - I would definitely use them again!

He showed up right on time and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He set right to work and within 90 minutes he had two bright and shiny brass deadbolts on the front and back door. He even brought his own shop vac and cleaned up the mess left behind by his drilling of the doors. The prices were very reasonable considering the amount of work needed to make my home secure. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs the services of a locksmith.

We have an historic house with an original, or at least very old, front door lock. they were able to rekey the lock with having to make any replacements, which we appreciated. They were timely, quick and professional.

I called Friday morning to schedule a locksmith to replcae all my locks. We agreed on a time. The locksmith notified me by phone when he would arrive. He arrived on time, performed the work very efficiently, provided great advice and finished the job in less time than I expected. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Locksmith arrived, disengaged lock and completed bill of sale. He was quick, but it was also a small lock.

I called TInder yesterday, having used them many times in past. My 1929 front door had been stripped of 83 years worth of paint (off-site) and the deadbolt was no longer fitting so I could not lock it properly. They scheduled for the next day and gave me a two hour window and were very prompt and even phoned on their way. The locksmith, Sean, immediately realized that the bolt mechanism had been replaced upside down thus half of the unit was unable to properly fit! He fixed it fast, then replaced almost all the hinge screws with longer ones (which he had on his truck), as the door was not shutting flush and some of the screws were stripped. He also reshaped the plate holes so the door locks more smoothly and also oiled everything. Then he also adjusted my back door since it was sticking and made both locks work easily AND adjusted my storm door spring so it shuts fully! A first i thought $150 was high but in retrospect it was a great deal because all my doors work well and we are happy campers. I will stick with TInder always, as they always do good work for me.

It could not haave gone any better from our perspective, although I worry that this company lost money and time on us.

Great experience! Called Thursday and was able to get on the schedule for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Explained what we wanted done and showed him the doors, and he got right to work. The handle of our garage door is a unique color and he didn't have any matching deadbolts with him. He went out of his way and went to a local hardware store in search of a matching lock! He found one, and the only downside was it was $70, probably due to the uniqueness of its color. The total work time (not counting the time to and from the hardware store) was about an hour. He had to drill a hole in the door for the deadbolt, install it, plus re-key the other two door locks to match, and cut the extra keys. Our bill was approx. $225: this included the service call, new deadbolt and keys, labor and taxes.

Sean arrived ahead of schedule which was fine as he called us first. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Price was very fair and we were extremely pleased that he was able to solve a difficult problem.

GREAT!!!The locksmith fixed everything in about 15 minutes and only charged me for the one storm door lock repair that I had called him out for. I didn't know that Tinder performed other types of services besides basic lock smith work, and when I asked if he could look at the garage door, he told me that they are a full protection company offering a range of services. They even do some kinds of service for computer protection, etc. He was willing to stay longer to take care of all of the repairs I needed. He didn't even mind when my dogs jumped all over him. He was professional, efficient, and very nice.

Every aspect of my experience with Tinder, from the initial phone call to the on-site work, was phenomenal. After hearing reports on the news about shady locksmiths I was a bit worried about who might come to our home and install the locks. I could not have been more impressed with the professional who did the work. I would absolutely call them again for any additional work and would recommend Tinder to all family and friends.

Doug was very imformative with what needed to be done. Doug also educated us on any changes that needed to be made to maintain the quality of the locks. He was very helpful and we will continue to use their services in the future.

Tinder was punctual showing up 10 minutes early. The individual knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional during the service experience. Even though he was there just to rekey 3 locks, I asked him to look at another lock that was not working properly. He took the lock apart and rebuilt the lock properly and restored the lock to working function. Overall, the experience was great, and I would use Tinder again for any lock repairs.

We contacted Tinder Locksmith early in the week (Monday) and they arranged to come out on Friday to accomadate our schedule. We made the appointment for 1 PM, but the tech called that morning to let us know that he had some cancellations and that hecould come out earlier if my schedule permitted it. It did, and the technician showed up right when he said he would (actually gave me an extra 15 minutes at my request). The technician, Sean McGill, came in the house and got right to work. He was very upfront in saying that what he was doing was likely a temporary fix as they didn't have the exact part that we needed. He spent a good deal of time getting the lock to work properly and the output was of very high quality. He was able to fix a problem that we've had with the door since we moved into the house in 2007, and also provided suggestions for other work that could be beneficial. He also told me to give the company a call if the repair broke and that he'd come back out after ordering another part. Sean was very professional throughout and was a great representative for Tinder. Upon completion of the requested work, Sean asked whether or not there were any other doors we needed to have examined, and because we were having some problems with two other doors I had him look at them. He fixed these in a rapid fashion as they were "easier fixes". When the work was complete, he had me inspect everything and cleaned up after himself (although he really didn't make much of a mess to begin with). At the end we took care of the bill and he left me his Tinder business card. Overall he was at our house for ~45 min. Without a doubt we will use this company again, and if it's possible will request Sean by name. I felt like we got good value for the money that we paid.

They were very good. They were on time courteous and had a good price. they do provide hardware as well as the keys.

They did an excellent job. They seem to be a good company to work with, and also gave me a great price.

Overall very good job done by this company. Of my locks had a broken piece and one of them was not installed correctly by the original contractor. The locksmith ordered the part needed to fix the broken lock and also re-aligned the lock on another door. I was given accurate estimates of this additional work prior to it being completed. Would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

The gentlemen that came out was named Sean. He was on time and very friendly. He also oiled one of the doors for us. He worked hard and did a very good job.

He was polite, respectful, on-time, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. I had never had locks re-keyed before and he educated me about the process. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them highly.
