We went with another vendor for this project. I would consider them again for a different project if the price quote for that project is more competitive.

He gave an estimate of $300 for 8 stumps. He worked in the cold. The work was done quickly and properly.

Chris carefully took down a large stump next to our new garage. He worked hard and safely and did an excellent job. This is the second time I have hired him and wil do so in the future.

Excellent work. Chris is a hard worker, and provided us several rail road tie walls. We will be using him again for more work next season!

Chris had made a visit and ave an estimate that was the final price. He did exactly what I wanted.

Earlier this year the city had cut down a tree in the easement in front of my house. I had obtained an estimate for grinding out the stump which seemed competitive based on my previous experiences and stories I had heard, but had not yet had the work performed. Mr. Denny had been contacted by one of my neighbors to grind out their tree stump, and seeing the stump in front of my house, he knocked on my door to offer his services to me as well. The price he quoted was $50 less than the amount of the quote I had obtained, he came to me (vs. me having to call and wait on him) and he performed the work completely and to my satisfaction - advising me what to expect and leaving the area neat.

From the time I contacted Chris until the work had been completed -- everything as great! He returned my call promptly, gave us an estimate that was very fair, scheduled the work promptly as soon as we selected him and then performed it very professionally. He will be our first choice the next time we need a service that he provides.

Chris came to my home the day after I called him and submitted an estimate. After I received two other estimates I chose Chris as he was competitive and the only one that came to the house to see what he would be working on. He showed up when he promised and did a great job. I would recommend him and use him again.

We had contacted 3 companies for a quote and this company had the highest quote, but was the only one who would haul away the wood chips. We had 2 stumps removed a couple years ago by a different company and did not have the chips taken away. This was a huge mess and a big headache to deal with !!! At first, we told Chris Denny we were going to go with another company, but he came down 10% in price and we decided to go ahead and pay the higher cost just to not have to deal with the cleanup. We are SO glad we did!! Chris did a great job and cleaned up our yard very well.

The price was fair and the work was very well performed with no damage to my yard surrounding the area where the stump and root was removed. Chris Denny, the company owner and sole proprietor, came out to give a free estimate. He actually called me because I had asked the tree removal company to pass my information on. I applaud that self starting ambition. He is a very friendly guy. He came out the very same day and gave a free estimate. Once I scheduled the work, he arrived on time with his gas powered grinding machine. The machine was really no louder than a lawnmower and did not damage my yard or driveway to and from the site. He worked diligently and methodically to remove all the evidence that the stump was ever there. It probably took him about three hours. I did not ask him to clean up because the yard and the area where the stump was is soon going to be dug up for the pool. He did offer to haul away the debris but I gave him a break and declined. It should be noted that a substantial amount of chips are created when a stump is ground so you want to make sure they are cleaned up if you plan on using there area for grass or shrubs, etc. I would definitely use him again for future projects.
