Mailbox Repair
Mr. Rajk was very prompt at picking up the check, as we needed to prepay to utilize his services. He also was very prompt in replacing the mailbox the next day. However, within 24 hours we discovered the latch did not hold the door shut. The door would fall open, and we worried about the security of the mail and the vulnerability of the door itself since the door could have been hit by a car. We called Mr. Rajk repeatedly, usually getting a machine, but when he answered, he replied he would come out and fix it. He never did. I would not recommend him to anyone else due to his lack of follow-up. This should have been a simple matter, and he allowed it to escalate into an annoying breach of trust in his company.
