There was a misunderstanding between the sales person and myself as to whether unopened boxes could be returned.  I asked during the initial visit about returning unused product and was given the impression I could.  I had two unopened boxes and asked to return them, but was told they had signs posted all over their showroom saying unused product could not be returned.  I don't remember seeing any signs and thought I had been told I could.  Fortunately I had another room I could use the  product on.  Just be aware if you over buy, you can't return unused product.

The carpet we purchase has performed well and we were happy with the product. The Bruce product is terrible. We notified the sales Rep. Sam Habibi, about the various issues with the product: pitting, gauging, splitting and breaking off. To date, TheFloorClub has done nothing to correct what we believe is a defective product. Also, we had a regional Bruce representative inspect the floor. The gentleman, Dennis Brennan, was not helpful cast doubt on the possibility of a defective product and did not follow up on our request for additional information on product quality.

THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE BUT VERY UNRELIABLE. I HAD MANY PROMISES OF INSTALL DATES/TIMES THAT WERE NOT MET. ENDED UP IT TOOK 3 VISITS TO GET THE JOB DONE AND A LOT OF TELEPHONE CALLS.

WHEN THE CARPET WAS ACTUALLY INSTALLED, IT WAS DONE IN THE WAY WE HAD ORIGINALLY ASSUMED. THIS LEFT US WITH MUCH UNNEEDED CARPET, FOR WHICH WE HAD BEEN CHARGED. WE TALKED TO THE SALES PERSON AND/OR MANAGER SIX TIMES AND WAITED FIVE MONTHS TRYING TO GET THIS EXTRA CARPET PICKED UP AND A CREDIT GIVEN. WE WERE TOLD MANY TIMES THAT THE ADJUSTMENT WOULD BE MADE. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RECTIFIED UNTIL WE FILED A CLAIM WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NEGATIVELY AFFECTED BY THE TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. FOR THAT REASON, WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WE SEARCHED ALL OVER FOR THE BEST PRICE ON THE TILE WE WANTED AND FOUND IT AT FLOORS TO GO. WOULD DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE.

A COUPLE OF ITEMS WERE BROKEN DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THE CERAMIC TILE. AFTER THE TILE WAS PUT IN, SOME OF THE GROUT AROUND THE TILE STARTED CHIPPING AWAY. AFTER MANY CALLS TO THE COMPANY, AND SEVERAL PEOPLE COMING OUT. (AND ARRIVING LATE) THE STORE SAID THAT THE TILE HAS NOT COMPLETELY SET BEFORE THE GROUT WAS PUT IN. THEY AGREED TO REPLACE THE TILE ALTHOUGH THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD RE-USE SOME OF THE TILE THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PUT DOWN BY SCRAPING IT OFF. THEY SAID THAT THE REMAINDER OF THE FLOOR WOULD NEED NEW TILE. THE JOB WAS ORIGINALLY DONE IN JANUARY AND IT IS JUNE NOW AND THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANAGER CALLED SEVERAL WEEKS AGO SAYING THAT THE NEW TILE ORDER HAD BEEN PUT IN AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN IT CAME IN TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR RE-INSTALLATION. I HAVE MADE MANY CALLS TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE OTHER KITCHEN ACTIVITIES UNTIL THE TILE IS FIXED. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AS WELL AS THEIR QUALITY.

DESPITE THE RIGHT PRICE & INSTALLATION ON THE DAY PROMISED, I WAS VERBALLY TOLD THAT I COULD PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE COST UPON DELIVERY---TO MY HOME ONE MIGHT HAVE THOUGHT. I RECEIVED A RUDE PHONE MESSAGE FROM ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES TELLING ME THAT I HAD TO COME OUT IMMEDIATELY, ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, TO PAY IF I WANTED THE CARPET INSTALLED ON MONDAY. OF COURSE, THIS WAS THE FIRST CALL LET EVEN LET ME KNOW THE CARPET WAS IN. I RETURNED THE CALL TO SAY THAT ID BEEN TOLD I COULD GIVE THE INSTALLER THE FINAL PAYMENT ON MONDAY MORNING. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO LIKE RALPH TALKED TO ME & LET ME SAY HELL NEVER TALK TO ME LIKE THAT AGAIN. IN ADDITION, THE INSTALLATION JOB WAS QUESTIONABLE. MOST OF IT LOOKS GOOD BUT ONE SEAM IS NOT GOOD AND WILL UNDOUBTEDLY BE TROUBLE DOWN THE ROAD. I AM CALLING THEM TO COMPLAIN TODAY. I JUST HATE HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEM ANY MORE
