I am not sure if I can go over all the details. Space wise is not close to being enough. He did appraisal work when I got suspicious of coins I was buying elsewhere. He confirmed the product was nowhere near the quality I was sold.

I contacted the shop and scheduled an appointment to determine its value. Two options were provided to do this: (1) The least expensive--The shop would quickly skim through the collection to identify any coins of significant value and estimate the worth of the remaining coins, or (2) The most expensive--The shop would inspect each and every coin and assign a value to each. I chose Option 1 because it provided me an overall, general value, took the least amount of time, and was the least expensive. I was able to sit with the shop owner as he looked through the collection. He pointed out a couple of coins that were of most value. It took no longer than 1 hour. At the end he provided me with a simple document stating the general value of the collection as a whole. I can't remember the exact cost of this service, but I recall it was a reasonable price.
