Great. The staff was thorough, polite, friendly with us, and collegial‎ with one another. We heard them discussing cleaning strategies, who was going to what, and how one could help the other. The high quality of their work made it clear that they had been trained well in home cleaning. They brought their own supplies (eco-friendly cleaning products) and equipment. Felt like we'd hired family. We have known the owner of the business for nearly 10 years from our kids' school. Just recently employed the service and couldn't be happier.

This is a newly formed business. I learned of Rachel's venture through a written interview published in the WFYI volunteer newsletter. I knew I needed help in packing most of my household goods and moving them to the garage as I was preparing the house to be completely repainted and recarpted. Since I have only my two cats to help me, and a limited circle of friends physically able to do such work, I was at a loss on who to call on. The article appeared at just the right time. I contacted Rachel and learned she had just formed her company along with a couple friends. Her vision was to offer help in whatever way is needed. We agreed on what and when. At the appointed day, two women appeared and within three hours had helped me complete the task (I had ample boxes on hand and had already packed about 8 boxes but had a long way to go). When I was ready to move all the boxes back in, I called Rachel to make date and time arrangements. At the appointed time, two college-age men appeared. They moved all the boxes back in, placing them in the rooms as I directed them, and even reassembled a daybed and bathroom cabinet. The job was completed within two hours.
