I CALLED HIM THE NIGHT I GOT HOME AND HE WAS HERE THE NEXT DAY. HE DID VERY GOOD WORK AND I WAS HAPPY, BUT I THINK HIS PRICE WAS A BIT MUCH.

MY NEIGHBORS WERE UPSET ABOUT A FEW PLANTS THAT WERE CRUSHED WHEN THE COMPANY ACCESSED TREE FROM THE NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAY.

I LEFT MESSAGES WITH TERRY THAT WERE NOT RETURNED. IM UNHAPPY WITH HIS LACK OF COMMUNICATING CHANGES AND IN THE END THEY JUST STOPPED COMING. WILL NOT BE HIRING HIM NEXT YEAR.

TERRY IS VERY FRIENDLY AND GAD A WILLING ATTITUDE TOWARD SERVICING THE CUSTOMER. HE WAS PROMPT WITH EXAMINING THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED AND PROVIDED AND ESTIMATE PROMPTLY. ALSO EXPLAINED OTHER SERVICES THAT HES ABLE TO DO. TERRY IS THE KIND OF WORKER THAT GETS THE JOB DONE, BUT DOESNT HAVE HIGH OVERHEAD COSTS. CONSEQUENTLY, HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
