Ted found our new house on the northside. Already owning a house, we had some issues with mortgage under new lender policies but the deal closed.
During this time, he helped us sell our old house (see above)
From beginning to end Ted was a pro. He came by house to check on progress, gave us a budget, and prepared us for 'sticker shock'.
Ultimately he saved us years trying to sell our old place.
Ted gave us an 'easy out' on our contract if we were ever dissatisfied. We didn't test this policy but we chose him because we knew people who used him and liked that option. He will just tear up your realtor contract if you are unhappy.
I don't look forward to buying another house soon (we love our new place) but will use him again.
