After going to the big companies, I looked around further and stopped by Team Enterprise and met big
Marcus. He's a big guy and super nice. He worked with me and was real friendly, called me back, and the paint and body work on my car was excellent. The only problem I had was that it took an extra day beyond what I was hoping to get the job done. But I think that was because it was still raining and the paint took longer to dry. Anyway, especially if you area woman, go see Marcus. He didn't make me feel dumb about cars and didn't rip me off. He helped me get my rental car.
His estimate worked within what my insurance company was going to give me, very very nice, and I was very happy with the work.
I sent my friend to see him and he even helped her buy a new car since hers was totaled. She was really happy with him too. So I'll send all my friends to Team from now on.

The whole experience was terrific. Markus provided an estimate and scheduled the work for the following week. He repaired underbody damage promptly and right on the spot when providing the estimate, before I even committed to having his team perform the rest of the work. The car was repaired perfectly, and while the work may have been more extensive than he initially thought, Team Enterprise kept the cost to the estimate. Markus remained in contact for the few days when my car was in the shop and kept us updated on the progress of the work. The whole experience was terrific, and we will always go to Team Enterprise when we need to have work done on our vehicles.
