They found the tents as they were being evicted in court. We were not notified of this until after the lease was signed and noticed the high deposit int he account and we questioned it. They background check that was passed for them to rent our property just baffled us. They were supposed inspect the two month prior to the eviction they said the property look ok. When I checked the property two month later their were damages that were done prior to two the months. wholes, carpet with stains, water heater leak, broken garage door, etc.Our property was in perfect condition prior to their lease and TBH management and now it is basically destroyed and needs major reconditioning before we can do anything with it. Collecting money was always and issue. We are have to say that we are very disappointed with TBH and never would recommend them to anyone.

They charge 10% of the collective rent. I am not happy with them. There are some issues on collecting money; there are discrepancies there. There are some problems with how they management the property. I had complaints from the tenants that they would not respond. I am actually personally here now to deal with some of the complaints. People should look at their accounting and notification to owners on money received and the way money is distributed or the owner pay-outs. The price is average as anyone else.
