Suzette was quite pleasant to have in my home and she did an excellent job.

Suzette did an excellet job of regazing our bath tub.  It looks absolutely beautiful!  She was professional, prompt and very efficient.

When was the last time you paid MORE than you were charged for a service? Ever? Well let me tell you about Suzette! I decided when i wrote out a check to her that I was adding another $50.00 because she deserved it! She is very very good at her job! I love, love my new sparkling white bath tub. She came and stripped off the old finish, primed it, painted it and caulked it. Im so pleased and Im no longer embarrased by my bathtub. Here 24 hours later Im still beaming! Without Angies List and all the good feedback, I would have never found her. Thank you so much!

Suzette was great. She gave me a quote on the phone, outlining the additional costs if she encountered them once on site. She worked to schedule around my needs.
She spent a long day working on the 2 projects, taking care to protect the other surfaces in the area. Cleaned up everything and left care instructions

She was very cordial and did a nice job on it. We had a referral about her from a another handyman service that we use sometimes. It worked out really well.

Suzette did a fantastic job, bring an old, yucky tub back to looking like new. The tub was chipped, peeling, and around the drain was pitted. After she was done, I was extremely pleased. I had been thinking about replacing the tub but Suzette made the old look new.

Suzette is AWESOME! I am a property manager/owner and needed a tub resurfaced within a week for a tenant. She promptly returned my call the day I called her, and was able to fit me into her schedule. She is very detail oriented and had all the hardware off and/or taped so she could strip the old coating off, and then apply a new one. The results are amazing. I will be using her services again.

Suzette did a great job stripping & reglazing our tub. She was quick to return phone calls & texts when I reached out to her for a quote & then to schedule a day for the work. Additionally, stripping & reglazing is a messy job, but Suzette contained the mess with tarps. The bathroom was clean when she left & tags tub looked brand new. I would definitely recommend Suzette.

Suzette is AMAZING!!!  I cannot believe how good our old tub looks now - it really does look like new.  The tub was so disgusting before calling Suzette and now I could live in it!!!  Suzette was very responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days of calling her.  She is a hard worker  and so nice.  I can't believe how much work is involved with stripping and refinishing a bath tub.  It saved  us a fortune to have the tub refinished - we almost had it ripped out and replaced with a new tub and surround which would have been really expensive and not look nearly as nice.  I was very happy to save the original tub as I think it looks 1000 times better than a new tub surround.  Thank you Suzette!!!

I talked with several folks that were recommended to me and then discovered Suzette through Angie's List.  I like to use women owned businesses and I am glad I found Suzette.  She gave me an estimate over the phone and showed up promptly for the task.  I agree with the other reviewers who say she is a delight.  I didn't think my dogs were going to let her work--they really liked her!



She explained in detail the process and how it would happen.  The finished product is better than I expected.  I am so pleased!



She is coming back this week to do the tub in my apartment and I will have her back after the first of the year to do the other two tubs in the building.

She did an excellent job there. I was really impressed with what she did. She explained to me everything that she will be doing and how long it would take. She offered me an opportunity to come back. She also gave me suggestions on how to keep the tub clean which I appreciate. It took me a while to get things set up with her. Once I set up with her, it was worth the wait to get with her. I would use her in the future.

    Suzette came very promptly when another contractor referred her service to me.  Originally, I had contacted a contractor to have my bathtub replaced.  The bottom of my tub had ground in dirt that I could not remove with bathtub spray cleaner.  I thought the tub would have to be replaced.  

    One contractor that I contacted came to look at the tub and a quote was e-mailed to me for $3,200.  I could not afford to replace the shower panel and the tub for that price.     

     Another contractor tried to advise me against replacing the tub and suggested having the tub reglazed and put me in contact with Suzette.  Suzette came to look at my tub and told me the ground in dirt was probably just scum and dirt from using bar soap.  She advised me to start using liquid soap in the shower, instead of bar soap.  She also advised me to first try removing the dirt and scum on the bottom of the tub with Zep scum cleaner and a scouring pad.  She said if I couldn't get the tub clean after that then to call her.  I followed Suzette's advice and bought some Zep cleaner and a green scouring pad and applied some "elbow grease" to cleaning the tub and shower panels.  I was so amazed that the Zep removed the dirt and scum from the bottom of my tub and the scum and lime on the shower panels. It just melted away!  My tub and shower panels are clean and look brand new!  

By giving me the advice,  Suzette saved me the expense of having to reglaze my tub.  

     No other contractor told me the dirt and scum could be removed by using Zep and a scouring pad.  No, they would have replaced my tub and shower panels and charged me the money to do so.

      I told Suzette that I appreciated her truthfulness to me when it did not gain her any financial advantage to do so. Suzette has won my heart as well as my good word to others about her business.  When there are so many people who want your "hard earned money" these days, Suzette is a true gem.  Suzette, may the good Lord reward you richly for what you did for me.  I appreciate you so much.

Suzette did a great job and was a joy to have in my home! (My dog adored her, too.) She came on the date and time agreed to. She did an amazing job on renewing my bathtub's totally worn porcelain surface, did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and was very reasonably priced. She also advised me of the best way to clean the surface going forward and her advice has proven correct.
  
My century-old tub looks better than when I bought my home ten years ago. I would happily hire her again and highly recommend her. She definitely knows what she's doing!

Fantastic start to finish

Suzette was awesome. We saved a ton of money but simply having her re-glaze our tub instead of replacing it with a poorer quality fiberglass one. We couldn't be happier with how it looks, and no one will know the white was not the original color. After nearly 3 months of use, it still looks great!

Spectacular work!  Suzette refinished a cast iron bathtub and three sinks set into tile in two different bathrooms.  If we had had to replace the tub and sinks, we would have had to completely replace all of the vanities and tile work.  The "surgery" that she preformed on these bthroom fixtures was nothing short of a miracle!  In the process, the bathrooms looked like operating rooms, and Suzette wore special clothing to do the procedure.  As she worked, she was careful to assure proper ventilation.  A day or so after the "operation", Suzette retuned to make sure the caulking was properly replaced and sealed.  Later, when we down-sized and moved to a condo nearby, we called Suzette to refinish a fiberglass bathroom shower floor.  The result was no less spectacular.  Suzette's initial response to our call was not immediate; however, when the call was returned, she was able to provide an accurate cost estimate over the phone.  We had to wait a couple of weeks for her to be able to do the work, but THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTHWHILE...and money well-spent!  With proper care, the items she refinished look great, and with proper care, they are sure to enjoy many, many more years of life!  Suzette would not accept payment until she finished her work.  Suzette receives our highest rating and recommendation for her professional workmanship.  We would call her back in a heart beat if we needed a bathtub, sink or shower floor refinished.
