SUNDANCE HOME IMPROVEMENT

The job went very well.  Tony does great work and is very professional.  He had previously installed new windows for us in our condo but I have already reported on that work.  His prices are reasonable and I would use him again for other home improvement jobs.

I contacted Tony via referral from a friend to take a look at a leak we were having in our roof. He applied caulk to the shingles and and stuck with us through some rainstorms to see if it held.  Most of it worked, but some rain still came through, he is coming out to caulk another area. In the meantime, he painted two ceilings where the leak had left marks and painted the kitchen for us.  I came home from lunch and asked if he was going to do the garage doors too. And due to my miscommunication, he hadn't planned on doing that part....but they ran out to get the stain and finished the garage doors too, in the same day. They look beautiful !

I am hiring him back to install some french doors to replace our sliders.

We have used this service provider before for replacement windows and were very saisfied with the work then and he did a great job installing the new door as well.

Great. Tony came out and gave us a detailed estimate for the work we wanted. We scheduled the project a couple of weeks later. Tony & his crew did an excellent job and our new windows look and perform great!

We were extremely pleased with the way the job was performed and the results were outstanding. Their price was lower than several other quotes I soliticed for the same Jeld-Wen windows. I feel I made a wise choice in selecting Sundance Home Improvement for this project. It's difficult to say enough good things about Tony, and his son, Tony Jr, and Scott. They are true professionals and we plan to use them on other projects in the future.

He did a great job. We provided window for this job. He sealed and rapped the window around the outside, so that there is no painting needed on the outside of the house. We had him come out a few time because we had given him the wrong acces code to get into the house. He did it willing with no problems. We will use him again.
