The sign was customized to us and our twins. The sign was delivered right on time. There was some wind damage (30 MPH+ winds) to the sign that broke the "bundle" off the sign. I called Melissa and she quickly returned my phone call and came right over to see if she could repair it. Since she couldn't repair it on the spot, she took the bundle home, repaired it and returned it the next morning. She left the sign in place an extra day or so to make up for the lost time. She did an excellent job of communicating with us and making sure we were happy!
Description of Work: A wooden stork was placed in our yard holding a customized "bundle" with my twins names, date of birth, birth weights and lengths. We got to keep the "bundle" after the rental period for the stork was over. The stork was a gift, so I'm not sure how much it actually cost.
