I've used Stewart Electric for several electrical projects. In each project, Bruce provided EXCELLENT service, advice, and guidance about what was the best way to proceed with our projects. He's not only very professional, but also LISTENS and is very friendly as well. He's the BEST electrician I've ever run across, and that speaks volumes.

He does an excellent job, and he is very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. I've used him for other things in the past.

He was friendly, courteous and made a special effort to get it done within 48 hours.

2009 work involved a very difficult and strenuous dragging of main electrical service thru garage and attic from new main panel to old panel in basement.  Almost impossible work in attic in heat of summer!  Not sure we could have found anyone else willing to tackle thius job?!
Bruce is an unbelievably hard worker.  Always on time, very pleasant, extremely competent electrician. Would recommend Bruce Stewart to anyone needing electrical work.

We heard about Stewart from a friend of a friend and then checked them out on Angie's List. We had recently moved in to an older home and had some ideas about electrical improvements we wanted and wondered what else should be done. Bruce spent an hour and a half with us checking out the house and talking through our questions and ideas. He told us which improvements were needed, which might not be necessary and gave us some other ideas. He routinely referenced the Code and told us which improvements would require additional work to get the electrical system up to code. He's also been willing to work directly with IPL to resolve one issue. Bruce has done many of the items on our list and was efficient, thorough and clean in doing so. We are waiting to schedule the rest of the work while we resolve a few questions.

He is by far the best electrician I have ever worked with. Bruce is very knowledgeable, personable, and awesome. He is also very prompt, professional, and efficient.  I would recommend his services to anyone.

Bruce is wonderful. I've worked with him multiple times in the past, and he consistently provides excellent service. Also, the receptionist, Lisa, is very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't consider using anybody else for my electrical needs.

This was an excellent experience. He came at the exact time he said he would and he got right to work. He was able to replace the defective plug without taking out any bricks. He put a plastic bag under the area where he worked to catch any debris. He also checked the other outdoor plus that were exposed to the weather and caulked them - we did not ask him to do this - he had the common sense to check them.

He gave me some price ranges depended upon what he might encounter. I had a number of projects, and most significantly, I wanted to make my front yard post light operational, without knowing what that may entail, and to install a motion-activated outdoor spotlight on a detached garage. I have an older home with some unique electrical problems that he encountered and was able to navigate. I had gotten another comparable estimate but I chose Bruce because he seemed to size up my needs better, and he was licensed. It was almost a full day of work, and he did a great job. He was very neat and professional, and he was recommended by a friend. I was extremely happy with him. Lisa, who is in his office, was just wonderful to work with as well.
