Steve Starks was professional,took time to evaluate the problem explain what needed to be done.Was efficient and did not put any pressure on us to do other things or sell products. He did the work carefully,answered questions, and was sensitivity to the needs of my elderly parents. Cost for both homes was reasonable. We have used this company several times and always been satisfied with their work. Always called when on the way and was prompt.

Went well. Easy to set up, very professional, did a quick but great job. Left things looking nice and clean upon completion. Ended up charging me less that first anticipated.

Called to have leaking disposal replaced. Appointment was made. Plumber arrived at designated time and replaced disposal. I have used Starks in the past and find them to be an honest, professional, and reliable company to deal with. You can count on satisfaction when dealing with this firm.

Stark's plumbing was on time and performed the job as expected. Their price was very reasonable and their customer service was very responsive. We will hire them again for next plumbing job at our house.

They were not licensed to do what I needed done but went overboard to guide me to someone who could perform the job quickly and effecently.. This is the kind of service you expect. They were the reason my problem was taken care of without any issue with a quality company they referred me to.

Looking for a plumber late on a Friday afternoon. Was so glad I called Starks. Owner Bob answered he was on his way to a job but was so kind he said he would try and come take a look. I texted my info to him. He was not able to come but he called me to let me know his Brother / co-owner Steve would be at my house in 30 minutes. Steve arrived very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to fix the leaking tank in no time! Very affordable. I will definitely use Starks for all my future plumbing needs! Great family business!

Fast courteous exceptionally friendly. Went above and beyond even replaced the drywall in the garage where he had to cut with a panel he had.

Showed up on time and waited for us to arrive as we were late. Waited even further as the minivan emptied of kids and the driveway was clear to pull in, even though he was invited to enter the house ahead of all of us. Professional in all aspects of the job. Replaced the defective sump pump with a quality unit (check Zoeller M-53 on Amazon to see how well reviewed it is!) and a check valve for the quite low price of $275. Wish we would have found the coupon on Angie's List sooner as that would have dropped the price to $250. All in all, we paid only about $100 for labor for about an hour's work with parts at-cost. Extremely happy with the quality of the work, the brand name pump used, and the price paid. Very happy with the entire experience except, perhaps, the method of payment. At this time, he only accepts checks. Now to get that check off in the mail...

Everything about the experience was great. The service, cost, punctuality, friendliness and responsiveness can't be beat.  I definitely recommend Starks Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

The cold water faucet to the washing machine had developed a leak.  I emailed a request for service and an appointment was scheduled at a convenient time for me.  Mr Starks arrived at the scheduled time. New faucets were installed in a timely manner.  I felt the cost was very reasonable.

I found this provider on Angie's List and called them to see if they could help us figure out what is wrong with our pipes. After I took a shower, water started leaking from underneath the base of the toilet. I called Bob and left him a message. He called me back not long after and asked follow up questions. He suggested that it may be a clog in the main drain and gave us suggestions on how to test if that was the issue.  Sure enough, we have a clog in the main drain. He said if this is the case, he could recommend a provider to come out and clean it out for us if we didn't have someone we already use. I appreciated Bob's suggestions and genuine interest in figuring out the problem. I had called another company who obviously has a call center who wasn't willing to help diagnose what might be wrong. Instead, they said someone would need to come out and it would be tomorrow afternoon before they could come out.  Who wants to wait to even figure out what the problem might or might not be?  When I called Bob, he immediately wanted to help me figure it out over the phone!  I appreciate that SO MUCH and trust that he wanted to help without trying to make a quick buck with a service call.  After I got off the phone, my husband said, "I want to call him to do the work!"  It doesn't sound like he does main drain cleanouts, but I left him a message to get the information of the provider he suggests.  If they are as helpful as Bob on the phone, I will give them our business.  It's refreshing to have talked to someone with such great and genuine customer service.  We will use Stark's Plumbing Service the next time we have a plumbing need.

I look forward to having the work done, and feel we will be in great hands. I appreciate the customer service thus far, as it makes the process easier for us to navigate.

Steve is both personable and professional. His work is excellent, and he leaves absolutely no mess afterwards. I've learned to value his recommendations. He is fair in pricing and tries to solve problems in a cost-effective way but with good materials. He doesn't rush the job. Instead, he takes the time to do it right.

Bob Starks, with Starks Plumbing is my "go-to" plumber. As always, Bob he gets me on his schedule quickly, does great work, and does it quickly. He may not offer the cheapest rate, but he hustles the entire time, so that in the end, I know I get a great value! I used to do a lot of plumbing myself, but I know that usually means several trips to the hardware store to get things I didn't plan on or know I would need, skinned knuckles, and extended periods without plumbing. With Bob I know I will save a lot of stress and frustration.

Bob is the best! I'm a first time homeowner and he explained everything and advised how to do things. Pricing was great and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I would like to compliment Starks Plumbing Service for their outstanding response and service at my house in Greenwood, IN.  I left Starks a "Schedule a Meeting" notice and Bob from Starks replied within 12 hrs and setup a service meeting on one of the three day's I had selected.  Bob continued eMail communications with my son and me since the work was being done at his house.
Bob showed up and performed the work which included work under the crawl space location on a drain that ran from the garage and into the sewer that was found in the inspection and proposed a solution since the pipe was split into the concrete of the garage.  Assuming the same as Bob found we choose to plug the drain off and Bob also capped the open sewer line that was open and could have caused a backwash under the house.
Bob also then work on the Washer connection that was not leaking on the cold water and closely fixed that issue.  The washer has a lower and upper shutoff and the lower shut-off handle was broken and Bob was quick to let us know that hand type was no longer manufactured and he could put in a new shut-off value or leave it alone and save on the money since the value was fine and we had the Upper shut-off.  I truly appreciate the professional and truthfulness that Bob showed, he could have cut it out and charged my son, but instead provided us advice that probably saved him a couple hundred dollars.
We will be adding a new vanity into the bedroom and I will definitely reach out to Starks for that plumbing installation based on both Bob works and timeliness and his professional demeanorJust an outstanding experience
