Everything was great. They were prompt and very courteous and professional. He was always responsive, and returned my calls on time. They were very thorough--they took pictures and explained everything well. They went the extra mile to come with the insurance inspector so I didn't have to explain anything to the adjuster myself, and he even wrote down all of the information to prepare me to answer questions about the roof for the insurance company by phone. He was very honest, and although we thought we would have to replace the roof right away, he told us we could wait 4 or 5 years. He did not seem to be out to make money. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us anything. He was open and honest about everything. He gave us great preventative tips and he did not charge us anything at all for the inspection or for the follow-up trip with the insurance adjuster. If we do need any work done, we will certainly call him, and we plan to use him when we do need to replace the roof.
